Located just minutes to downtown Charleston, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. Situated on a private lake with beautiful views, this home in on a cul-de-sac and walking distance to shops, grocery and restaurants. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this brilliant property also features a cozy office space with a twin bed. Guests can take advantage of amenities like kayaks, wildlife watching and fishing. Included of course is central heating, AC, WiFi, and a bonus office space. Three bathrooms ensure convenience for all. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Minimum 30 day stays are required but the rate here is better than some weekly stays.

I love this quiet neighborhood which offers life on the water, a quick drive to the most amazing city and an easy drive to the beach. Nothing is too far away and much of what you need is just a walk across the street.

Designed as a Charleston single home like many in the downtown, my home and yard are deceptively much larger than you think. The house is completely open inside with views and breezes from all angles.
