This terrific second floor apartment features a newly renovated full sized kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. The apartment also has a cozy den with a comfy love seat and chair perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Roku streaming TV with Spectrum Cable. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, Cable TV, AC, and a hair dryer. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Guests of the apartment also enjoy FREE off street parking in our private lot. For our baseball families- The apartment is located 5 miles from Dreamspark about a 6-7 minute drive.

This property was perfect for our trip. Very homey feel with everything you need for a long or short stay. Perfect location to access everything that Cooperstown has to offer. CJ & Angie were AWESOME as well. Thanks guys!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown very much. The place was located in a prime area. However, if loud, drunk people would bother you at night this is not the place for you. Luckily, my husband is hard of hearing and I actually enjoy going to sleep to the sounds of people having fun! Also, the parking was tight the first night but CJ came to my rescue!

It was a very sweet apartment and we were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. I was slightly taken aback by the entrance. A long flight of stairs, and that's okay, but lots of debris around. Check-in was easy and the owner provided answers to any questions I might have had. I would stay there again. We were right in Cooperstown and that was perfect.
