Enjoy a relaxing stay in this Spacious, 2 Bedroom townhouse. Located on the 17th fairway on one of the BV championship 18 hole courses. Perfect to enjoy all the amenities of NWA, a family vacation or a weekend golf trip with your buddies!
* Discounted golf rounds available on request!

2 bedrooms, 1 king, 2 twins, and a Queen foldout. Sleeps 6 total.
New furnishings, and fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer for convenience. Coffee/Keurig machine, TVs in both Bedrooms, bathroom accessories, 3 parking spots.
10 mins from Bentonville/Rogers, 40 from Fayetteville/UofA.
Guest passes for use of BV amenities are available at no charge if requested.
Easy access to five 18 hole courses, local hiking/biking trails, and near several lakes for boating/fishing.

If excessive cleaning is necessary due to pets an extra cleaning fee of $25 may be added at our discretion. Keep animals off of the furniture.

The townhouse was very clean and on a quiet road. The host, Tim, was extremely quick at responding. The deck backs up to a small holler and so many birds! Loved hearing the birds all day long! I would recommend this place to everyone I know and anyone looking for a place on the website.

Tim was very easy to work with and very responsive when i had a question. He was also kind enough to make sure sweatshirt was returned to me that we left in the closet.

Great property for our purposes (nearby to family). Acquired a couple of golf balls from the small front yard (actually threw them back on the fairway) as the townhouse is just off the fairway. Smooth and efficient checkin/out. I would recommend the property to others. We normally stay in different area of Bella Vista, but would likely stay here again if available.
