Our home is located in a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood with easy access to some of Northern Colorado’s best outdoor spaces. Just minutes away, you’ll find over 300 acres of parks, including nearby spots like Glenmere Park, J.B. Jones Park (1.6 miles), and Pheasant Run Park (just 0.45 miles away)—perfect for morning jogs, relaxing walks, or playing with the kids. We’re also close to the scenic Poudre River Trail, a 21-mile paved path that winds along the river and is ideal for biking or sunset strolls. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the nearby Signature Bluffs and Sheep Draw trails, where it’s not uncommon to spot deer, hawks, or even eagles. Whether you're enjoying coffee on the porch, heading out for a hike, or taking a short drive to Fort Collins, Estes Park, or downtown Greeley, this location offers a perfect mix of tranquility and convenience.
