Overall I feel it was overpriced for the room balcony furniture needed replaced along with room interior it was dated and not very comfortable beach brow was ok room was not very clean when we arrived

Great place

Great place and location to stay just need more clean in the room when we got there the washer was dirty bathtub need to be clean if check out can be a little bit later that’s would be excellent ! Overall good place to stay for sure

Overall we had a great time! Just a few things I noticed was there was leftover trash in the washer from previous guest,thankfully there was a vacuum. We had to order our own blender due to the one that was there not working. Keurig coffee machine is finicky.There is also a foul smell coming from the main bathroom sink. One big NO NO for me was that the shelf that was in front of the bunk beds was not screwed in. I messaged the owner to let them know. As Im walking by its magically screwed in so that tells me someone had been in our room to fix it. We had NO knowledge of someone coming in our room! Also the futon couch is broke and couldn't use it. Overall Bed was comfy,balcony was beautiful,and great views!

Everything we wanted

The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 6! It was nice having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer which was much needed after coming in from the ocean or pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The view of the Gulf was amazing! The location is also great! We were right next to Pineapple Willys restaurant, which serves delicious food. Walmart was walking distance, (about 3 blocks away).. It takes less time to walk to Walmart if you are grabbing a few items than it is to drive there. For an inexpensive meal, I recommend Hungry Howies pizza with the butter cheese crust which is also walking distance (3 blocks away). The only minor downside is the wait for the elevators when it's busy and the time it takes to drive up and down 10 stories in the parking garage. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Needs attention:

The room was great. The rates great EXCEPT not told about having to pay extra for parking and resort armbands. $85 not included. :/ This should have been expressed in the listing. The elevator's are extremely slow, and they need a service elevator at the Shores of Panama. You spend a lot of time waiting for elevators. You also spend a lot of time hunting parking spaces.

You'll notice in the listing description that it clearly states the registration fee for amenities and says it's not included. Also, no need to hunt for a parking space because the condo has a reserved space, as mentioned in your check-in instructions with a photo of the space so you know exactly where it is. Sounds like we really earned a 4-5 star rating from you.

Overall good space. It could’ve been cleaner tho. There were crumbs around the couch area. The grossest was the occasional hair on pillows and towels. First night I had the urge to wash all the bedding and towels myself in the washer using the detergent they left for us. Oh!!! Don’t count on sleeping on the pullout couch… that thing is a torture device.. there’s no way! Maybe just toddles who don’t have much body weight could tolerate it, if they can somehow lay between the metal rods.
