Absolutely perfect beachfront property with pool. Very well appointed and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Our kids appreciated all the toys and floaties available for use. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the beach and ocean. Really a wonderful setup.

Fully equipped with everything you could need right there! Nice place and very comfortable. Not super private but great vibe if you enjoy meeting other people! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Well equipped and very clean condo. Responsive host was available to answer questions and to make suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area. Easy parking. Gorgeous, uncrowded stretch of beach.

Very easy to access, great location, and well appointed! We had 2 children under the age of 4 and there was plenty of room inside the condo for separate spaces for quiet time. The view is incredible and the kids loved being able to go from the pool to the beach.

Great location and property! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. Access to the beach is amazing. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed for bathing, cooking, and cleaning. The living room and kitchen were perfect for our family gathering, and the location was convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.We stayed on the third floor, which offered a beautiful sunset view. The only minor challenge was that my elderly mother had some difficulty using the stairs. However, that was on me; I didn't ask whether the property had an elevator before booking. We planned so she only had to make a few trips up and down, which worked out well.Other than that, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive, attentive, and quick to answer all of my questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home to others.

Condo was great. A lot of effort has been taken to provide a complete set of amenities. The pool and beach were great. The unit had towels, umbrellas and chairs. The kitchen had every device you need the host was quick to respond to questions. The beds comfortable, the tvs worked perfectly and the sunsets were stunning. A wonderful stay. Keegan’s restaurant, close by, has the best grouper sandwich ever. A great trip with daughter, her spouse and their 3 children

Our stay was amazing. The property was clean and had plenty of space to accommodate my family. Communication with the owner was seamless and easy. We’ve been going to Indian rocks for the last 8 years and this was our first stay at this location and I will not look to stay anywhere else moving forward. The views and the ease to get to the beach were worth it. We got to enjoy so much more time at the beach with a 20 second walk from our room to the sand. My 11 year old also loved the pool as an alternative when he got tired or cold. Can’t wait to go back next year. 5 out of 5 stars….amazing sunsets as well.

Beautiful beach home with all the amenities to make a perfect vacation. Steps from the beach, pool with all the floaties and toys. Lots of beach chairs. Walking distance to restaurants and a couple ice cream shops. Extremely kid friendly resort. Wouldn’t change a thing!
