Nestled within the prestigious enclave of Cayman Kai on the tranquil North side of the island, The Gardens of the Kai complex offers a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of George Town and Seven Mile Beach, while still providing easy access to quality restaurants and an array of recreational and eco-tourism activities.

Cayman Kai embodies the quiet, serene essence of the island, and is a 45-55 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town., as it follows the coast around Grand Cayman.

Comprising 16 standalone condos, The Gardens of the Kai showcases the finest beach in Cayman Kai, ensuring a vacation experience from sunrise to sunset. Each unit exudes a relaxed and tranquil ambiance with breathtaking views and lush tropical gardens.

Unit #1, fondly named 'Three Little Birds', has been refurbished and modernized (April 2025), and offers an exceptional blend of luxury, privacy and waterfront proximity. Step out onto the large screened porch and instantly find yourself transported to paradise. Crystal-clear blue waters, gentle breezes, and swaying coconut trees envelop your senses. A pristine freshwater swimming pool with shaded seating awaits, inviting you to enjoy a refreshing dip or dine al fresco in the island breeze.

Inside, 'Three Little Birds' features 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms adorned with Caribbean-style furnishings within a beautifully open floor plan. Complimentary kayaks, a paddleboard, and bicycles await your exploration of the area by land or sea, with the renowned Starfish Point and Kaibo Restaurant & Bar just a short stroll away.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker, ensures you feel right at home. A convenient full-sized washer/dryer is also provided for your comfort, allowing you to freshen up swimsuits and towels at day's end.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the expansive master suite boasting a private balcony, king-size bed, television, and luxurious ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate tub and toilet. The guest bedroom offers ample space with two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open seamlessly onto the porch from both the kitchen and the spacious living and dining area, offering million-dollar views of the sea and sky. Place was fantastic for my wife and two daughters. Beach was just steps away with beautiful views, calm waters and great swimming. Short walk to starfish point, rum point and the Kaibo restaurant/beach. Would definitely rent again.

The Gardens of the Kai#1 was very relaxing and peaceful! It had everything we needed. Complete kitchen set up and close walking to Rum Point beach club and Kaibo if you don’t want to cook. The paddle boards and kayak was very fun for our kids. Would highly recommend.

The family had an amazing time. It was great having our own spot on the beach and all the water toys made heading out into the bay super easy. So many extras were thought of at the house and it was a great time. Great stay overall. Rum point and Kaibo were great places to relax and eat. We liked this side of the island as it was lower key compared to our time spent on seven mile.

Oh my....we've stayed at the Gardens of the Kai five or six times in the last couple of years at a different villa, this place rocks!!! Everything was perfect. Location, view, amenities, Judy manager came by to check on us, a very fresh clean place that we will be back to visit, just not telling when.

The accommodation was fine. Most VRBOs at that price point provide shampoo/conditioner for the shower - this VRBO does not have it. Some of the towels should be retired. Other than that, the condo was appropriate for our short stay.

We loved everything about this place. We walked to Kaibo Beach Restaurant for dinner, meeting our boat captain and getting coffee in the morning. Rum Point is about half a mile from the house. Each morning we paddle boarded and kayaked with the starfish and stingrays in the cove. The house is nestled at the end and feels private. They have every detailed covered with this house. The enclosed porch is perfect for game night or laying in the lounger with the fan turned on. The comfy sectional is great for watching TV. Our three college age kids enjoyed the downstairs bedroom while we had the upstairs master with an amazing porch. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

Beautiful location right on the beach, very nice house, everything as described in the listing, walking distance to coffee and Kaibo restaurant, and 10 minutes from a small grocery store. Quick drive to Crystal Caves and botanic garden. Several of the boating excursion companies do pick ups in the area. Would not hesitate to book with Cayman Villas again!

Stayed with my wife and three teenage kids (15, 17, 19). Three kids had to share two queen beds without much arguing! Great screen porch for cards and meals. Many breakfasts and lunches cooked in the well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views to the ocean and beach front right out the back door. Quiet beach with space for beach games and lounging. Snorkeled right off the beach with lots of star fish and upside down jellyfish, even saw a stingray. Quite a drive to Seven Mile Beach but we wanted to be in a more quiet location. Safe running and walking on the road between Starfish Point and Rum Point was a big plus! Highly recommended for relaxation on the beach away from the hustle of Georgetown.

Our stay here was incredible! This is our first time in this side of the island and it did not disappoint.The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever had in a rental, supplied with spices, coffee filters, dish soap and more. We counted 54 starfish when out paddle boarding. You can paddle board to a sand bar, stand up and take a break. We also went to Starfish Point, which was not needed since you have your own private Starfiah bay right at home. We also enjoyed coffee every morning on the private beach.Our kids loved the pool and the Barefoot Beach BBQ at Kaibo.Our property managers, Judy and Billy were so gracious and accommodating, personally showing us bioluminescent bay and Billy telling us about the island.We highly recommend the 7am Stingray City tour with Whitesand across the street at Kaibo with Captain Chris. We will be back! Nice and quiet place with the sweetest managers!

We have stayed here 3 times and you can’t find a better spot to stay,it’s wonderfulThere can always be improvements, one of the SUP boards didn’t have a fin, the kayak didn’t have backrests and there’s a tree limb that 2 of us hit there head on by the chairsHaving said all that it’s the best place I have ever been

Beautiful, quiet location

We stayed in unit #1 right on the beach, and it was perfect. Very clean and well stocked, with everything we needed. Made much use of the paddle board and kayaks. Walked to Rum Point, as well as Starfish point, so great location. Would absolutely stay here again...highly recommended!
