Stay in Shipyard was great!

Thus property exceeded our expectatons. Super clean and neat and great location. Owner was very responsive with questions. This is a great property in place to stay. We enjoyed it.

Clean, large condo. Excellent location reasonable rental fee. Two issues: the pillows not very comfortable and would of liked a standard coffee maker instead of Keurig. Would recommend

Ten day stay with two couples

The location of this property was perfect. We rented bikes and biked the beach and to restaurants and shopping in Coligny plaza. Lots of options for shopping very close out on the highway. The location of the condo within Evian is also perfect. It is a two minute walk to the pool. Kitchen was well outfitted and living room was comfortable. The place could use some TLC to fix screens with large holes, replace rusted closet shelving, remove the clock that doesn’t work, clear out old tv, screen door from closet. Bathrooms and kitchen counters were clean but we had to run a vacuum and shake out rugs when we arrived.

Needs Serious Updating

The beds were very uncomfortable with old mattresses and cheap bed sheets. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The windows were old hard to open and dirty. The carpeting on the stairs was dirty. Overall I suggest looking for an alternative place to rent.

Great stay at HHI

Just a little difficult finding the first time, in the evening. A better map on first arrival would have been nice. GPS wasn’t exact until we pinned our location. Not a 5 minute walk to the beach— more like 10 minute bike ride. And if beach parking is full, you’ll have to park at Port a Call and wait for shuttle cart. Overall still very good, and weather was great!

Evian 210

Evian is a lovely condo village in Shipyard with easy access by bike to everything Hilton Head: the beach, restaurants, shopping. The condo was a clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet retreat in the middle of summer activity. The awning covered balcony was wonderful for coffee, conversation, and watching the world.

Great time at a great location!

We stayed during the week when Tropical Storm Elsa passed through and one of the major positives we had was Karen's attentiveness. She made sure we were okay and kept us posted before and during the storm with updates. Fortunately, there were no major problems or power outages, but it was great to know how much Karen was concerned with our safety. The unit is in a great location! We enjoy Shipyard because it's easy to get to Pope Avenue (Coligny Plaza, multiple grocery stores, etc.) and 278 without dealing with the major traffic circle on Hilton Head. 210 Evian is a VERY easy walk to the large Evian pool and an easy bike ride to the Shipyard Beach Club. Not needing to get in a hot car and find a parking space at the beach is a big plus! The unit, itself, was spacious ... the bedrooms are VERY large! That said, the furnishings are a bit sparse. It would be nice to have a larger dresser in the main bedroom and mirrors in both bedrooms. Our group was primarily living out of our suitcases for the week and had to wait turns to get in front of a mirror for combing hair, shaving, etc. Overall, we had a very nice time and were grateful for Karen's personal correspondence during Elsa.

Shipyard vacation

We enjoyed the shipyard and would definitely stay again . It was very nice to have our own privacy compared to a hotel . The one negative we had was the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Other then that a very clean place.

Delightful villla

The villa is part of a duplex and is on the second floor but not too many steps. Very spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen had all supplies we needed. The bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal. Across from the pool and tennis courts and a 10 minute walk to the Sonesta beach. Bike trails are everywhere and bike rental is easy. We even saw two alligators during our visit. Karen was extremely responsive to questions and information.

29th Anniversary Trip

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. The villa was located at 210 Evian Way in Shipyard. The resort location was wonderful overlooking the golf course. Quiet. Beautiful grounds. We had difficulty initially navigating the area, but eventually had it mastered. The bike trails in the location were wonderful, running parallel to many of the resorts roads. Nature abounds. The villa itself was very nice. Plenty of room. Clean. Appliances all in good order. We did have an instance of the kitchen sink backing up, but the owner quickly contacted the plumber and said problem was resolved. Our only suggestion would be that a few packets of dishwasher soap as well as washer soap be available for use during the week. No one wants to go out and purchase these items for just a one week stay. Would definitely return to this lovely villa.

Location was fantastic. Accommodations very nice. Could use a few more kitchen items but that is just being a bit picky. Would plan to rent here again.

Great Villa for Hilton Head

We lived in the villa for two weeks and really enjoyed the size and layout. Everything looked exactly like the photos and the description of the area was spot on as well. Shipyard is a good, central location and Evian is the best "neighborhood" there. The three golf courses are well maintained and fun to play. We didn't have to travel more than ten minutes to get to some great restaurants and many other golf courses are within 15 minutes from the villa. We'll definitely be back next year!

Very nice property.

The property was in a great location, and the amenities were all good. The space was great for 4 adults to spend time in. The pool location was perfect. I would suggest checking in on the cleaning crew. When we opened the hall closet, all the dirt that had been swept in the floor was in the closet. We used the dustpan to pick it up. There were no garbage bags (not sure if they were supposed to be provided). And there was hair on the walls of the shower. The place was very clean besides those things. It just seemed that the job was rushed a little. Thank you for a nice time!

Very nice two bedroom condo in Shipyard Plantation

Overall satisfied with Evian unit 210. Be forewarned there is no tv in the second bedroom. Every time share/rental should have TVs in each bedrooom.🙁 Otherewise nice place for a couple nights.

Great place to stay for a long weekend!

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for a wedding that was at Sonesta Resort. The place was clean and comfy and walkable distance to the beach and wedding venue. We loved having pool access and a patio to sit on where we wanted to drink our coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and convenient.

We had an enjoyable visit to Hilton Head and this pretty villa. The villa is bright and cheerful, very spacious and convenient to all amenities. The beach is within a mile and can be reached by bike or car. The pretty pool area and tennis is directly across the street. The golf course is adjacent to the property. It's a relaxing destination and we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck while watching the golfers and listening to all the birds. Fun to watch the 'gators too!
