Great Weekend with friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our unit at North Beach Resort this past weekend. It was a very clean unit with lots of room for relaxing and enjoying fellowship with friends. Great views from the unit and short walk to the beach. A couple of our group used the hot tub at the pool area and enjoyed that. Convenient location to restaurants and entertainment. The ease of check in and check out was great! Will definitely use ITrip again.

Absolutely amazing. Family friendly, the pool is great for all ages, elevators are so fast, parking was extremely easy, rooms were outstanding, have absolutely no complaints! Will book again next year!

Family Vaca 2025

Condo was very clean, furniture nice. Beds could use an upgrade as they were hard. We loved the corner room. Outside area was super nice. The tubes for the lazy river need some attention. Little air in quite a few of them. Would love another firepit option. Plenty of lounges and pools, never crowded to were you can't find a lounger. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Family Vacation Wonderful Trip

My family includes my 3 adult children and their spouses and 2 grandkids. We had the best trip , the kitchen had everything we need , except oven mits to get items out of the stove. I would recommend bringing extra blankets because they do not provide extra ones. The beds only have a sheet and bedspread. The beach was easy to get to and the pool was really nice. They do not allow tents on the beach . We enjoyed the free tickets to a few of the places offered with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for our group of 10

Loved being right on the water with private beach access. We had 10 people and plenty of room in our unit.Had a couple of minor maintenance issues and the maintenance team was awesome and helpful.Check in /key drop off is offsite which is a pain but the process was easy.

Great location with easy access to everything the area has to offer. This unit has the best views of the beach and ocean.

Family Vacay

The property was very spacious for our party of 12. However, for the amount of money we spent for our stay, there were way too many problems at the property. Several switches didn't work for fans, exhaust fans in bathrooms, and lights. It was very obvious that the property had not had a 'deep clean' in a while, but obvious cleaning was also lacking. We moved the couch to find food, toys and dirt there. In my opinion, that is cleaning that should be done after every stay. Also, there were no linens for the sleeper sofa. After speaking to someone at the management office, sheets were delivered later that evening. Management did respond promptly, which was appreciated. Also, the clean dishes were left in the dishwasher from the previous guests. I'm guessing the cleaning crew didn't empty it before our arrival. Overall it was a good stay for our large party.

Perfect Oceanside rest and reset!

Host was very personable and accommodating! There were 13 of us and we ALL enjoyed every minute in the resort! Comfy beds, great accommodations, spacious condo! Wish we were still there and will DEFINITELY be back! Such a wonderful vacation!

Memorial Weekend

Everyone had something to do . Plenty of swimming pools , lazy river, hot tubs the beach and etc and nice restaurants plus close attractions. We all really enjoyed the trip. 😊❤️

Wedding Remtal

Location was wonderful as the wedding events were at 21 Main Events. Checkin was easy. Loved the layout of the bedrooms and the 6th floor was great. Liked having the 5th floor garage made it easy to come and go. I feel the kitchen could have been cleaner. But other than that it really a great villa to stay in. Thank you!!

Great condo with amazing ocean views!

The property manager was awesome to work with, as was the in-house maintenance whenever we needed anything. The condo is directly on the beach with good food, drinks and lots of amenities. Kids love the indoor pool with lazy river! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all for a great week!!

Absolutely 💯 Perfect

Our large family ages from 3 years old to over 80. This place is absolutely perfect. The most perfect location and everything we could have needed. Clean, ocean front, steps to all of the amenities, quiet at night and massive space to gather in. The pictures really don’t do this beautifully decorated condo justice. We look forward to returning.

Great Plac

The 5 bedroom condo was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped; probably the best I’ve seen. Because it was 13 of us, it was great having 2 coffee pots. We loved the view of the beach from our room as well. The staff at iTrip is also great! We didn’t have a key to the trash chute but they promptly sent someone over to bring us a key. He was so nice and asked how was our stay and if we needed anything else. Thanks iTrip!

Great experience

We have booked through itrip for several years and the ease of booking and quick turnaround keeps us coming back! If we ever have a circumstance where we need to move our dates out or there is an issue with the unit booked, we are always taken care of! Unit 601 was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that was a little bothering at first was that there were several lamps that do not work. We moved bulbs around and made things work but a run through to make sure that, generally things are in working order would be a plus. We will be definitely continuing booking with itrip!

Beautiful but a pain

Beautiful property and enjoyed our stay. However- this place sleeps 14 and they only provide 5 keys. One per bedroom. It was a pain to deal with keys and people coming and going from beach to pool to condo. You have to have keys to get into some elevators and back up to the room. I had asked about extra keys and was told no- same thing with parking passes. I’d rather book through the resort directly to be able to get the appropriate number of keys and parking passes.

Family getaway

The location, view, and size of the condo was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well stocked which was important due to how much cooking we did for our family of 10 and 2 babies. What causes me to give only three stars is the condition of the living space. The furniture is tired, stained, and in general disrepair. The living room rug is also stained. There is beautiful floor underneath, why a stained carpet would be left in the room is a mystery. A rectangular table is on the deck, but with only 3 chairs. Also it is not appropriately sized for the deck. In all we had a great time, but the shabbiness of the furniture is enough to take the location off of my repeat rental list.,
