Escape to Moose Mountain Elite Condo tucked away in the heart of Lutsen Mountains in a resort setting!
This 2 story, top floor, end unit ski-in/ski-out condo has one bedroom plus a loft & 2 full baths and is fully equipped to sleep up to 6 guests.

Guest Information & Policies
Resort Amenities – Pool & Hot Tub:
The pool and hot tub are managed and maintained by the resort’s Homeowners Association (HOA), not by us as the hosts. Their hours, maintenance schedule, and availability are outside of our control. From time to time, these amenities may close without notice for maintenance, repairs, weather, or HOA decisions. While we hope you are able to enjoy them, availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds or credits are not provided if they are unavailable.
Registration & Check-In:
After booking, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement/short registration form before check-in instructions can be provided.
Weather Policy:
Refunds or partial refunds are not issued for weather-related circumstances, including travel delays, flight disruptions, road conditions, or decisions to arrive late or depart early due to weather.
Travel Insurance Recommendation:
To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case plans change or a cancellation becomes necessary. Please note that refunds, credits, or exceptions cannot be provided outside of the stated cancellation policy.
No Pets:
Please note that no pets are allowed, to help ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and reducing allergens.
Parking:
There is one (1) designated parking stall for this unit. If bringing more than 1 vehicle, non-designated parking is available throughout the resort on a first-come first-service basis.
Guest access:
Guests will be provided a door code on day of arrival for self check in using a key pad.
This property is professionally managed.
***Please note, our condo will undergo a remodel in Mid-April. Updated photos will be posted once renovations are complete.
