Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals, along with spacious gathering areas, en suite bedrooms, and beautiful lagoon views.

Spread across three floors, the home offers plenty of space to relax and entertain, including a ping pong table, 80" HDTV lounge, outdoor dining areas, and a third-floor patio with a fire pit, bar, and TV. Additional amenities include three washers and dryers, a second refrigerator and kitchenette, boat/RV parking, and an EV charger. With direct lagoon access, proximity to the clubhouse and dock, and a mix of thoughtfully designed spaces for both adults and kids, Luxury Beachside offers everything you need for a memorable Southern Utah getaway.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
