The south-facing terrace enjoys abundant sunshine throughout the day. Both the pool and the spa are electrically heated. The river can be reached by boat within minutes, and from there it is only a short ride to the Gulf of Mexico



The Space:

With over 315 m² (approx. 3,390 sq ft) of living space, the home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (3 king-size beds, 2 twin beds), 3.5 bathrooms—including a large master suite with a balcony on the upper floor—and an open, welcoming layout. The new, stylish furnishings have been carefully selected to create a cheerful beach-cottage atmosphere. Cape Harbour, with its restaurants and shops, is within easy walking distance, while additional dining and shopping options are just a short drive away.

Electricity Fee: Electricity usage of up to USD 10.00 per day is included. Any additional consumption will be charged at USD 0.23 per kWh. Please settle the outstanding amount at check-out.

Larger shopping destinations, including malls and outlet centers in nearby Fort Myers, are easily reachable by car and perfect for a day of shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Interaction with Guests:

We will conduct a personal check-in on the day of arrival or the following morning to personally welcome you and record the electricity meter reading. On the day of departure, we will also carry out a personal check-out and settle any additional electricity usage charges with you.
