We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable, but the pillows are quite high so if you like them lower and squishier, you should bring your own. The house was extremely clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood. There is shopping and restaurants close by and Disney was about 10-15 minutes away, depending on traffic. Universal is about a 30 minute drive, also depending on traffic. The pool is smaller than I expected, which wasn’t a big deal because we spent almost the entire time at the parks and there is community pool just around the corner. I loved that we didn’t have to do much before we left - no bed stripping, no starting laundry, etc. - so it felt like a true vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Dealing with the host was very easy. He was always very prompt with his responses. Nice location, nice view by the pool, pool was clean, hot tub worked well. Nice amenities and liked having pool towels supplied.

This is the perfect house if you want a perfect vacation! The pictures posted are exactly as to what the house looks like. From when you open the door to exploring for the first time it is just breathtakingly beautiful. The bedrooms are situated nicely for privacy if you have more than one family. The pool area is so welcoming and overlooks the small body of water that has ducks, & baby ducks. So peaceful. There is also a shuttle so you don't need to walk or drive. The community pool area with the lazy river is just perfect as well. You don't need anything as they have plenty of chairs and they also have food and drink. The communication with Daniel was very prompt and everything from entry to the gate was exactly as he described. The house is impeccably clean and comfortable. We loved it. Only regret is I didn't book longer. But next year I plan on staying much longer and taking advantage of all it offers. Oh, it's literally 10 minutes to Disney and 20 to Universal. I even Ubered the one day and had an Uber within minutes. The airport is also relatively close. I loved it! My family really loved it & I thank you all for making it a priceless vacation!

This is a great villa for a family holiday. The property managers were lovely to deal with and the villa is conveniently situated to visit all the parks and other attractions around Orlando.
