Great location with lots of space

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for a few minor things like the grill being broken. The kids loved the pool and beach access. Highly recommend.

There were 9 of us moms in need of a quarantine break! This place was so amazing we are trying to book it again for next year! It’s so quiet and private!! Gorgeous place

When we arrived the door was open so that was easy. The kitchen is amazing! Love the refrigerated drawers in the coffee bar area as well as the main island. More skillets and new cookie sheets are needed. We appreciated all the attention to detail that the owners included in the renovation. We would have loved access to the elevator for moving in and moving out. Gerald we loved the house and had a great week there.

beautiful decor and lighting. views were amazing and house was perfect! downstairs was a little warm could use an extra ac unit down there. We could not get ceiling fan to work in downstairs area. Main level and top level ac worked great! needed a code everyone you wanted to use hot tub. Pool felt great and lay out was perfect! Would love to stay here again!

Everything was great except the pool. It was extremely green on the bottom even after the pool cleaners came on Wednesday. That is our only complaint. The house was perfect and met our needs.

Great location. Unfortunately the property is not well maintained. Poorly stocked kitchen with grossly dirty pots and pans. Furniture old, uncomfortable and damaged.

Wonderful location for a relaxing get-away!

Stayed here for a quick early fall get-away. Really enjoyed using the pool (mid-September, still relatively warm!) and the quick/easy beach access. House is a bit dated but has all amenities you would need and is very spacious! Check-in process was easy and COVID friendly. Location is perfect between resort area and downtown Fernandina beach (~15 min drive). Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Weekend Family Gathering (7 adults & 2 children)

Being very familiar with beautiful Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island, we rented this nicely located property when noticing the exterior was being completely remodeled. Somewhat disappointed the interior was not. Fortunately I brought everything needed to prepare a large holiday meal (and several others) during the weekend. Typical of many rentals, cooking and serving supplies were limited or a bit beat-up. Kitchen with old stovetop, one oven and tiny sink with (still) broken faucet was a disappointment. Dining area was very tight - 8 at table and/or 2 at counter max. Lower level would have been more serviceable with a game table. Large comfortable living room, but layout split our small group into two. Gorgeous views from most rooms and pool area would be great during appropriate seasons. Nice cozy, small sitting areas on various porches. Appreciated the use of the double garage. When booking reservation on line, be careful. The website we used required credit card info to save dates, but stated we would be contacted by the rental agent (no info given) before our card was charged. That didn’t happen! Charged 50% immediately along with a $115 non-cash fee.

Very clean, no bugs, property is pretty, view is gorgeous.

Faucet in kitchen is broken. There were no dish towels in the kitchen and the rules state not to use the bath towels in there. Upstairs master bathroom has a lot of mold in shower and the smell is bad. Fifth bedroom with bunks has no closet. Furniture in family room is pretty worn. Shower heads in a couple of the bathrooms did not work properly.

Great house and love the porches!

Lots of room and loved the layout. Good kitchen. Needs a few essentials added like a cutting board and a tea pitcher. The views are fantastic and the location is great! All kinds of attractions within 10 minutes. The area where you enter the beach is really close to the no driving area so that is great. The basement area was the perfect movie watching spot!! We would definitely rent this one again.
