Located in a safe and quiet Cul-de-sac, this private room with an ensuite bathroom offers a clean, modern place close to everything that San Diego has to offer.

Grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance! With quick access to I-15 and I-805, it’s an easy drive to the airport and top attractions such as La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Legoland.

Guests have a private entrance and access to the kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and free parking.

The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. The room features a queen memory foam bed with soft linens and fluffy pillows. The private ensuite bathroom comes fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There’s also a shared half bath just off the living room for added convenience.

The room is equipped with blackout shades to ensure a restful night's sleep. If you're working remotely or planning your day, there’s a proper desk and chair setup, along with fast Wi-Fi. A smart TV is positioned across from the bed so you can stream your favorite shows. The A/C keeps the room cool and comfortable no matter the weather.

There's a coffee station in the kitchen with a coffee maker, hot water kettle, complimentary coffee and tea. You’ll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer—no need to haul laundry anywhere. It’s a simple, well-equipped spot that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.

You will enter through the private entrance (wooden side gate), so you can come and go as you please. There’re solar lights to guide at night.

Parking is easy—we have one dedicated parking spot on our driveway for you or you can use free street parking if needed.

The room is on the first/ground floor of the house and includes a private ensuite bathroom. The room is equipped with a keypad doorknob for security and convenience.

You’ll also have access to shared spaces like the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a convenient half bath.
