This rental will not disappoint! 4 Bed / 2.5 bath home is immaculate and furnished with all you need for a perfect getaway. Enjoy the day from coffee to cocktails on the private large outdoor patio with seating for 8. Or, take your choice of beach gear down the street to the pristine waters of Grand Traverse Bay! Located directly in downtown Suttons bay, this home is walking distance to everything, and a short car ride to all of the marvels of the Leelanau Peninsula.

Inside you will enjoy the comfort of well appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and hypoallergenic fresh linens, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main floor, a fully equipped kitchen thoughtfully appointed for entertaining, and spacious living area with ample seating. All 4 bedrooms offer queen beds, bright large windows and ample storage.

Sutton's Bay

The house was clean and spacious enough for our family. We enjoyed the location relative to beach and "downtown" shops and restaurants. Would stay again if we return to Sutton's Bay.

Perfect for a family

Great house in a perfect location! Walk to the beach, ice cream, stores, or to dinner. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions I had during my stay.

Excellent property

Very nice house at a great location. We had 4 couples staying and each bedroom having a queen bed perfectly suited us. Great customer service - the owner contacted us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Wedding weekend

My daughter had a destination wedding in Traverse City and this property in Suttons Bay was nearby to the venue and events so it was perfect! Very beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to shops and restaurants in Suttons Bay, too. The home was comfortable and well maintained throughout! An excellent choice for anyone in the area!

Perfect Suttons Bay location

This house is exactly as described. Very charming, very comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location for walking to anything downtown Suttons Bay. Kristen is super easy to check in with, answered any questions quickly, and provided all the information we needed! Love the house, perfect space for a girls trip, couples or families! Plenty of room, great patio space. Hope to go back again!

Absolute Perfection stay July 7-8

Location Location! Amazing Host!

3 Adults and 4 kids (ages 6-10) stayed for 3 nights in July. The location of the house is awesome allowing us to walk into town easily and get to all the sites within a short drive. The house is updated and had room for all of us. Host was super helpful and proactive. She gave us so many suggestions of things to see and do, especially with the kids. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful stay in the heart of wine country!

The house is absolutely spectacular with the best location! We had 4 couples in the home, and we were all very comfortable during our stay! We loved walking in to town and the proximity to all things wine and Suttons Bay was phenomenal! Kristen is a fantastic host and a great communicator! Her attention to detail is so appreciated and we loved all of the little touches in the house! We will absolutely be back!!

We loved the property, it was just perfect for us! The kitchen was stocked, which was so helpful, as we were preparing for wedding after party! Perfect Location; Cozy Home

We rented this home for a Mothers/ Daughters weekend! It was perfect! Because we were just one block off the main strip in Sutton’s Bay, we walked to shops and dinner! The home was perfect for us to enjoy each others’ company, play games around the generous sized dining table, and rest in the comfortable beds. We had everything we needed and Kristen was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect week

We stayed as a family of four plus one extended family member. Easily could have had more stay very comfortably. The house is stocked better than any I’ve shared in- host has thought of everything! She touched base daily and was responsive to all questions. We are already looking forward to staying here again!
