The location of this cottage is amazing. Located near Camps Bay, we were a short walk from a coffee house and a little longer to Camp Bay beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The main entrance is on the second floor. There is a nice sized living room with dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bath on the main floor. Downstairs is a second bedroom with an attached bath. There is no air conditioning so the one night that was quite warm it would have helped to have a fan in each bedroom. We did suggest this to the property manager. The kitchen is well equipped for the little cooking we did (bacon, eggs breakfast). There is a nice view of the ocean from the front porch. This was our first time to Cape Town and the house worked great for us. The security system was a little tricky for us - there were separate keys for various doors and buttons to push to open gates and turn on/off security. Since all the keys are attached, you do need to travel as a group or let the property manager know you need more keys if possible. The property manager was responsive to our messages in the VRBO app. We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage.
