Perfect location for our family and dogs. Biking was easy and everything was within reach. The house had everything we could need and we enjoyed our stay!

This home was just perfect for our stay! Right on the beach where you can come in and out, watch people from the balcony, walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The house itself was perfect for our family and we will definitely be coming back!!

Fully equipped kitchen. View was great. Rooms were clean. Floors on living room level could have been cleaner. All in all, a great stay.

Each floor had wonderful views of the ocean. All the bedrooms faces the ocean and each has its own bathroom so wonderful privacy. The bathroom beds were comfortable and air condition worked well on all levels. Extremely easy access to beach. Great beach for walking.I am not a person that likes elevators so the only downfall for me was having to wait for somebody to wake up and go down in the elevator and unlock the back porch door in the morning so I could get my coffee. The outdoor spiral steps provided some good exercise. another big asset was each floor had a wonderful porch with comfortable rockers and benches.. The only suggestion I would give is putting up some type of privacy panels on the sides of the decks since the houses on either side are very close. All in all a wonderful place. The h house sits on the sound so we did get to see a couple of large boats pass in front of the house which I have never seen on any of my beach trips..

Quick weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The agent was superb and made check in and out easy. Negative is the back balcony’s has very little privacy due to homes on each side. We had to change the linen in the master bed because of dog hair embedded in the sheets seemed like the cleaner just made the bed and didn’t change linen. That’s about all that’s was negative. Positive was the home is beautiful it’s very equipped and it a perfect location. The check in and out is spotless and perfect and the agents are so nice and super helpful. This is a great home to rent in a beautiful location. Also you need to know if your on the top floor and you want to go to kitchen im middle of night or run out to your vehicle you will have to open and close the elevator doors and use it and it’s not a fast trip. I could see if you stayed for more than a couple days this would be very aggravating other than that we lived our weekend stay here and would definitely stay again. Especially because of the agents and how helpful they are. The home is perfect for a quick weekend getaway.
