Amazing stay and an even better host. Any time we had a question we would have a response sent our way nearly instantly. Very clean property everywhere and it’s in a great location for walking around the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite features was the rooftop view of the city—it was absolutely beautiful and such a great place to unwind and take in the scenery.The host was fantastic and very quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. We really appreciated the excellent communication and hospitality throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Easy to check in and out. The other residents at the apartment were friendly and helpful. Great downtown location. Clean, comfortable and cute apartment.

Great location and pool in the building. Check in and out was easy. Had a clogged sink and host got it fixed quickly. Bed wasn't very comfortable and floors were a bit dirty.

The condo and location were excellent—clean, modern, and well located. However, host communication was poor, causing delays and confusion. What went well: the property quality and Tina Smith, the cleaning staff, who went above and beyond her duties after seeing us struggling with our check-in in the hallway, was exceptionally helpful in resolving the access issue. What went wrong: no pre-arrival instructions (key kiosk location, key fob code, elevator use, or unit number), leading to a 40-minute unit rental access delay and a failed early check-in experience. The host sent incorrect links and charged a 45 early check-in fee despite access issues, and there were language barriers during check-in. Post-checkout, a VRDO message claimed I requested a second key fob with a 100 charge, but I did not receive or request it; the reply from the host was confirmed as a canned message with no additional clarification. Suggestions: provide detailed written check-in instructions in advance (unit number, lobby details, key kiosk location, fob code, elevator procedures); ensure timely, clear host communication and clarify any fees or refunds; confirm key fob policy (number of fobs, return process, charges) and avoid charging for items not received; consider multilingual support to reduce language barriers. Overall, property quality saved the stay, but access coordination and transparency require significant improvement.

Clean apartment. Great location for going to the Guardians game. If you’re bringing your dog, take note that it’s about two blocks to the closest patch of grass.

The unit was great and the location was perfect. The check in/check out process was easy. A only a couple of suggestions: 1. For stays longer than one night: - supply coffee and and filters for a few days. - supply extra toilet paper, although the host did reach out and ask if addition was needed a couple days into the the stay. The only criticism would be that the listing indicates that parking is available on-site, except it is not, except for very expensive valet parking. Other than that, the property was great!
