Nice place to stay

The accommodations are conveniently located a block from the beach. It was clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Right across from the beach. Kitchen area was really nice. Liked that they offered supplies for the beach.

This condo is the perfect location for us. I have mobility issues and the ground floor with just a small hill to get to the front door (or roughly 10 stairs) was perfect.One bed (which was extremely comfortable!), one bathroom and a kitchen is all we needed and it’s what we got! Karen is a wonderful communicator. Instructions were very easy to follow, she gave great suggestions and response times were great- especially given the time difference. The pool on the property is clean, large, heated and truly great. Large beach across the street. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance- but everything else is literally just a short drive away. My ONLY suggestion or feedback is that this unit is in need of a deep clean and refresh. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean- but the “every once in a while” things need to be done soon. New barstools needed, a new couch(or a good clean on the upholstery), and a coat of paint- especially in the bathroom would make this place go from good to divine.Great location, wonderful host beautiful, well maintained grounds and pool- would 100% stay again.

Clean place, lots of fun beach toys, convenient location, easy to check in and out of. Pull out couch was very comfortable.

Perfect Location to Access Everything In Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay! We love the location right across from the pool and seconds away from the best beaches in the area. We can't wait to visit Maui and the Kihei Kai Nani again!

As advertised, close to Kam II beach

Great location to Kam II beach and other nearby beaches and shops. Easy check in process and quiet place. Would stay again.

Incredible location, beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we could possibly need was provided in the condo, including beach chairs and an umbrella which was a nice touch! The bed was extremely comfortable and the location can’t be beat - we walked across the street to watch the sunset on the beach every night. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect condo across from Beach

Spent a couple nights here with my wife and all I can say is it’s perfect. Bed was super comfy, kitchen is well stocked, the decor was on point and it’s literally across from the beach (all your beach needs are included as well)

Location Location Location is just a few minutes walk to the beach and shopping. Complex is well run and beautiful. I had one minor issue with my unit and my host Karen sorted it out immediately. Over all fantastic stay loved it when the trade winds flowed thru the unit. Probably the best stocked kitchen ever and can't wait to return.

Better than the pictures!

Karen's place was so nice and cozy. Very clean and had everything you could need. The location was amazing too! Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

IMHO, you can’t beat Kai Nani’s location. The unit was perfectly functional, providing all the necessary accoutrements one needs for a beach vaca.

Perfect location

The condo is well maintained and the location is perfect. Its waling distance to the beach. Anything you will need for a beach day is available to you (chairs, umbrella, cooler)
