The place is super clean and spacious for one person or a couple. Very quit neighborhood and street parking was no problem. Everything looks brand new, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Mild foot traffic overhead but not loud.

Check-in was easy and host was kept very good communication with me the whole time. House was pretty.

The property was extremely clean and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood near Glen Canyon Park and just a half mile from a grocery store. The rooms were as pictured however, it barely sleeps 3 and the description states that it sleeps 4. A section of the couch slides out where you put 2 of the back cushions...they do not sit solidly making for a solid bed...one quarter of the bed is gushy and doesn't fit to make one solid sleeping surface. Our daughter who is 6 ft tall found it rather uncomfortable for herself let alone a second person. Also strangely, I had to list our son, who resides in the city, as a 4th person 'staying' with us in order for him to be able to visit us there. I understand the policy of no parties but our son dropping in for a visit to make our plans with him hardly constitutes a party. The owner was adamant that no one was allowed in if they weren't part of the group staying overnight.A minor complaint but the coffee cups available did not hold the single cup setting on the Keurig causing you to have to be ready with a second cup so as not to have coffee spilling everywhere.With the above exceptions I would still recommend this property for 2 people. The cleanliness, location and owner response time were excellent.
