A Golf cart is available for rent or rentals are within walking distance of this property.

Other things to note
- We highly advise our guests to purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.
- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.
- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.
- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided
- Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note -Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.
- We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water. An ice machine is provided for use with bottled water only.
- We allow up to 2 pets during your stay (dogs under 50 lbs each or cats only).
