This condo unit was perfect for our family of 4. The condo had a ton of extras—spices, olive oil, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. So very thoughtful. They had some bottles of water, beer, champagne. The unit had beach chairs and an umbrella for the multiple beaches you could visit. The property had 3 pools and small but beautiful beach. The porch allowed for a great view for morning coffee drinking.Location-convenient! Restaurants within walking view.

The condo is beautiful with an exceptional view. The condo was very well furbished with everything I needed including cooking and kitchen equipment and utensils. The close proximity to the Market makes buying groceries very convenient and it is located in my favorite part of the island. Quiet but a short drive to both the French and the Dutch sides great beaches and hot spots although the pools and private beach at the property are amazing. Having a parking garage so your car is in the shade is very nice as well. I travel a lot and this is definitely at the top of my list for the overall experience and will definitely be booking again as I come to the island several times a year.

Hi Tony, Thank you so much for your kind review — I really appreciate it. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and the location. It truly means a lot coming from someone who knows the island so well. You’re always welcome back, and I’d be happy to host you again whenever you return to Sint Maarten. And by the way, I loved the photo you shared — that iguana is such a character! It must be the same one that likes to hang around the pool. He seems to think he’s part of the resort. They’re totally harmless and really are part of the island’s charm. They’ve become a little symbol of the culture here. Thanks again, Banu

We have just returned from a wonderful 8 night stay at this beautiful condo. The condo itself was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we needed. The little extras provided by the host were noted and appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful part of the island with gorgeous pools and our own little private beach. The view of the ocean from our balcony was second to none and most enjoyable with our morning coffee. It is in walking distance to beautiful Mullett Bay Beach as well as a convenient market and restaurants. The host is absolutely lovely. She was great to deal with providing quick responses to our questions and she even provided us with a list of her favourite restaurants on the island. We would highly recommend this condo/location, we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Banu for making our first trip to St. Maarten the perfect vacation!
