Spacious Studio Summit Area
Very spacious 550sq ft. studio with a full kitchen and bath. It is conveniently located just minutes from both downtown Tacoma and Puyallup in a well established area of 72nd and Canyon making I5, SR 512 and River Road (167) easily and quickly assessible. Newly furnished with couch, dinning table w/chairs, bar stools and lounge chair and console table still leaving much open and comfortable floor space. Designated on property parking in driveway close to French door entrance. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Washington has always been home but currently I travel between different states. I would like my lovely space to be enjoyed while I'm out of state to offer a home away from home for others.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The neighborhood is so close to all the main roads and yet tucked so nicely on a little dead end street. It makes getting anywhere easy and quick whether needing to drop down into the valley, head into Tacoma or travel. Its a well established neighborhood of home owners, very little traffic or kids and quiet and peaceful with larger lots and nature around.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This studio it is much larger and more functional than most apartments and I love the open feeling of the space with large window and the pane glass french doors. Looking out the front windows is the moss lawn and looking out the french door entrance located in the rear looks out onto the tiered lawn and then further into the neighbors lg mowed field all of it makes for an open peaceful feeling I enjoy.
