Wake up to San Diego sunshine and end your day with a front-row seat to SeaWorld fireworks, visible from the backyard windows. This single-story offers Gig-speed fiber internet; smart lighting for evening ambiance; a 77-inch 4K Smart OLED TV with Sonos sound; three bright bedrooms plus a 600 sq ft sunroom with fold-away window and stunning views; two remodeled bathrooms; Venetian-plaster walls for an elegant finish; skylights over the kitchen and fireplace flooding the home with natural light.

The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and water-balanced before every guest check-in.

All rooms feature blinds and ceiling fans for your comfort in addition to centralized AC/heating system.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Scandinavian Designs set, and throughout the home, you’ll find luxury furniture pieces from RH, Natuzzi Italia, Herman Miller, Lily Jack, Pottery Barn, and CB2.

High chair, crib, indoor and outdoor games are available for the kids and adults.

We’re located in the sunny, walkable, family-friendly neighborhood of Bay Park, on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic and plenty of street parking. Note that the garage access is reserved for the cleaning crew supplies. You shall park in the drive way as well. We also have the privilege of a backyard view of seasonal SeaWorld Fireworks.

Bay Park is centrally located; you can stroll to a nearby trail or reach the trolley in less than five minutes by car. You can access nearly anywhere in San Diego within 10–12 minutes. It’s the perfect area for those who prefer to avoid the foggy weather of La Jolla, the crowds of Pacific Beach, and the hustle of downtown; Sunny bay park offers the ideal balance of safety, tranquility, and accessibility.

Bigger than it looks in the photos. So comfortable and spacious. The view from the back yard on sunset is so breathtaking. The host was prompt at responding, and the location was close to our purpose of being in San Diego.

Come see this gorgeous and perfectly maintained view home in the highly coveted Bay Park community! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on top of the hill, this home is one of the few on the street with this West-facing view. Perfect for sunsets and enjoying summer nights watching the SeaWorld firework show, this backyard is an entertainers dream. With the custom sliding doors opening up to the secondary living area, you'll be sure to enjoy the ocean breeze as a nice alternative to the homes central A/C. As you enter the home, the open living area/dining room is right off the spacious kitchen. With many windows and skylights throughout, this home is as bright and inviting as it gets. You're nearby Tecolote Canyon Park, Mission Bay, Fiesta Island, USD, and all necessary amenities. Easy freeway access, too!
