This condo was very beachy. It could use some deep cleaning, and the mattress hurt my back. The dryer vent outside was completely clogged and we had to clean it before we could get a load of towels dry. I addressed this with the property manager upon check out and they had someone come out to clean the entire vent line. The view on the porch was wonderful! Overall, the stay was very good. We had some family members come over for a few hours and they thought the condo was very nice. Sam with Surfside Properties was wonderful to work with.

This property was a great place to stay. The decor was perfect and the place had everything besides the food you need for the week. I would highly recommend staying here. The walk to the beach was very close and easy.

Annual trip to Pensacola Beach

Property wasnt ready upon arrival and I had to finish the sheets and blankets that were in the washer and dryer. We didnt have to wait too long to check in though. The property is cute and cozy with a nice patio to watch the water. Very cutely decorated. Perfect for 2 people and close to all the entertainment.

Nice, quiet location

The condo provided everything we needed for a quiet trip to Pensacola Beach. It was close to restaurants and beach access and was even more convenient with the help of the Gopher Carts.

It was a good place to stay because of the perfect location with the beach right across the street. The view of the water was nice to see when you looked out the back. Unfortunately the occupants above us were loud. We could hear them fighting in the middle of the night and laughing another night. I’m not sure if the place needs new sheets or if they weren’t washed. Fortunately, I found some clean blankets in the closet even though one of them smelled dirty. Overall, it was a good place to come and go on vacation.

Perfect for our honeymoon!

We stayed at this cute lil place for a week during our honeymoon! We loved the quiet location. The condo was cute and comfy. Small, but it was just right for the two of us! We loved being close to the water as well. The throw blankets were a nice touch as I had forgotten to bring ours. It was a bit of a walking distance from the boardwalk. The trolly wasn’t running this time of year but it didn’t inconvenience us. Check in/out was super easy!! There isn’t a pool on this location, fyi. We didn’t think that there was but we’d gotten an email saying there would be maintenance on the pool a few days during our stay. So we got super excited, however there wasn’t a pool. Which was okay, cause we have the beach! Also, was told there wasn’t a grill but could bring our own. Behind the building, by the water, there was a picnic table and a small outdoor camping grill! We def used it! Overall our experience was absolutely wonderful. We were very pleased and plan to come back again!

Condo was everything we expected. Beautiful. Only complaint is living room furniture was not good for a person with chronic back issues. Felt so much at home.
