Stay in the heart of Galveston’s history! This charming home offers 3 private units, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. Located in the historic district, you’ll be just minutes from the sandy beaches and the vibrant Strand district filled with shops, dining, and entertainment. This 6 bed/ 3 bath home will allow you to enjoy a unique blend of old-world character and modern amenities in a central location that makes exploring Galveston easy and unforgettable.
Location: Historic downtown area of Galveston, Texas
Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.
Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: 2 dogs are allowed for a fee of $25 per dog. All pets must be approved.
Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles in the fenced in driveway and street parking is unrestricted with space for up to 4 cars on the street.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
This charming historic home offers a comfortable layout that perfectly blends together modern convenience with the unique character of a bygone era. The first floor features The Belle Suite with separate living room, den, dining room, and kitchen; each offering distinct spaces to relax, gather, and prepare meals. This unit features two bedrooms/one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second features a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleep space. You have both open-concept flow and privacy when desired.
Head upstairs to discover two additional suites. The Ruby Suite is a three bedroom/1 bathroom space. It boasts its own living room and kitchen. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. You will find the 3rd bedroom by passing through the 2nd bedroom it has a queen bed and a private balcony.
Across the hall is The Pearl Suite. This is a 1 bedroom/1bathroom suite that features a king-sized bed. There is an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
All three suites come with living rooms and fully stock kitchens. This home is perfect for multiple families looking for a mix of space to spend quality time together or private living quarters. There is something for everybody at this beautiful historic charmer.
After a day of exploring the beach or the Strand District, unwind on the inviting backyard patio with comfortable seating – the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing beverage, a delicious meal, or simply relax under the Texas sky.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
