The home is better than advertised! Beautiful, spacious, and has everything you could imagine for a relaxing, memorable family vacation. Gorgeous open floor plan, a kitchen that has everything you’ll need and more. The views of the lake through the floor to ceiling windows in the gathering space are beautiful. The basement has everything your bigs and littles need on a rainy day to keep them entertained and on the sunny days, the number of kayaks and paddle boards on property can accommodate everyone for lake fun.

We took a trip with ten adults, and this property was perfect for that. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable!

This was a perfect lake house for the 4 generations of our family that stayed here. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out on all 3 floors so that every age group from 5 to 91 could get a good nights sleep. The kitchens were also well stocked with all we needed. During the day, there was plenty to do with the available paddle boards and kayaks and the house was well stocked with life jackets, floating devices, sand shovels, and buckets. I would definitely stay at this place again! We were also impressed with how clean the house was.

Despite the freezing temperatures and snow the weekend we stayed, we had a blast! We made s’mores in the fire pit and had some brave souls enjoy the hot tub. The facilities were everything we could have hoped for. The youngest children enjoyed the Blue berry market store and bunk beds, while we all tested our skills at air hockey. We also enjoyed the snake talk at Lake Anna state park near by. I never needed the app before but found it was important for easy access and wish I had known to download it before arriving.

This is a lovely house. If it weren’t for the internet issues I would’ve given it 5 stars. But I’ve gotta be honest when reviewing and that was a HUGE inconvenience. Let’s get that out of the way so that I can talk about all the good this house has to offer, because it really is a nice place!The listing advertises 1 gig fiber internet. It was a BIG reason why we chose this house over others priced similar. As fun as this trip was, it was a work trip and we work in Tech so we need the high speeds! When we got there on day 1, the speeds were tapping out at 7mbps. If you’re not familiar with Internet speeds, you can’t even get through a single episode of Netflix on those type of speeds. You’re better off shooting your hotspot from your cell phone! On day 2 we got lucky and hit 100 mbps. Still well under the advertised speeds, but usable. Unfortunately that didn’t last long and we eventually lost signal. Day 3 the internet was out for about half of the day. I didn’t even bother checking on day 4. To their defense, they sent someone on their team out on day 2 but even he couldn’t find the router. When we finally found it the reset helped temporarily. The reality is that they may be paying for a gig, but that weak little router they’re using in that big house won’t ever support that. Everything else was almost perfect! The AC works great, and each floor has its own separate system! Plenty of parking and if you follow their directions the house is easy to find. Beautiful views
