Great location! Love the layout! Perfect for our family gathering! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t get the door key pad to work. We could only leave the unit secured using the elevator entrance.

July Getaway

A little hard to find the office along the highway, otherwise everything went smoothly. Kitchen was well equipped. Refrigerator door a little tough to close for younger children.
Pool just steps away.

Great place to stay

My family and I had a great visit to Tybee Island. The condo gave us enough room to spread out after being confined to two rooms for the first part of our vacation. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars was because there were a bunch of rusted paint cans, other flammable items and faulty wiring in the closet where the AC and heater was. Should probably be looked at..

Great Tybee Beach Location!

Pictures only capture a glimpse of the condo. Very clean and certainly puts you in a vacation mood! Elevator is a plus, especially since my 77 year-old mother was with us.

Family spring break

The location was perfect. More than enough room for our family of four. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The property over all is extremely well maintained. The location is perfectly situated to explore the island and surroundings. It exceeded our expectations.

Stellar Location and Super Clean

This condo was so charming and right on the beach. Very spacious and very clean. The parking was extremely safe and within a few steps to the elevator.

Wonderful Vaca!!

The property was as described. The only issue was the beach chair and items need an update. We brought our own so it was not an issue for us. Otherwise, the condo was good for our family of 8.

Beautiful

Perfect place right next to the beach. Check in is smooth. Love the elevator that opens right to the condo. Beach is perfect. Not super crowded. We had a great time. Would def come back again!

Great condo

The condo was awesome! Beautiful decor, beds were so comfortable, Had everything we needed. Loved the elevator. Never waited and was so convenient when we were lugging all our beach gear. The location at the north end of Tybee was very convenient. No traffic issues. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Perfect stay on Tybee

We came down to Tybee Island for a girls family trip, and quickly fell in love with the island. This condo was perfect for our stay. The condo is exactly as pictured, plus more. The owners had shared beach chairs, bogey boards, floats, and a wagon for use. The rental company was fantastic to work with. Check in and out was the easiest I have experienced, and when we had a very minor maintenance issue (the TV satellite service needed to be reset) they were very quick to respond and come to the unit. The condo is in a perfect location and easy/short access to the beach which was not overly crowded. We kept saying “we would come back to this exact rental” because it was PERFECT! Thank you for such a great stay!

Great condo beach and pool

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. This condo was in really great shape - beds were very comfortable and the condo felt spacious. View is nice of pool and ocean. The elevator into the condo was a nice surprise once we figured out how to use it (operator error). There are a couple excellent seafood restaurants within walking distance and a nice beach bar only a couple buildings down. The beach is great and it's far enough from the public access beaches that it doesn't get very crowded at all which was surprising. You can really spread out and not feel cramped in. The condo is basically in the middle of the island, which isn't big to begin with so you are only a couple miles in either direction from everything else. We thought it was the perfect spot. We'll certainly be back!

Great location and unit.

Lovely unit and amenities, secure garage parking. There did not appear to be any extra COVID precautions taken if they are still required at this point. The pictures in the ad are a bit confusing because some are obviously from another very similar unit that is definitely not unit 107. The deck was cluttered with too many beach chairs, etc. that deterred from comfortable full use of the deck. The master bedroom closets were full of the owner’s personal items and should be cleaned out or consolidated into one locked closet (there is more than enough closet room). Typically when we have rented at a beachfront property beach towels are provided but they are not here.

Great location beachfront

Loved how quick and easy it was to get to beach. Rode bikes to sightseeing locations, restaurants and parks. Wish the condo pool was heated because definitely too cold to swim in in April.

Even better than expected

The condo looked beautiful online, but was even better in person. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The view of the gardens and ocean couldn’t be beat with just a short walk to the beach. Beds were all super comfortable, which is a treat and oftentimes overlooked amenity. Loved that we were only 30 min from Savannah and could go there for dinner and exploring. Could have just as easily stayed at the beach the whole time though. Would definitely recommend to others!
