プライベートバルコニーに座って、川でイルカ（イルカ）、商業用のエビの船、サバンナ港を出入りする貨物船、そしてティビー島の美しい夕日をお楽しみください。 これらのユニットは、1つの寝室、1つの浴室のマンション、小さな子供に適した1つまたは2つの二段ベッド付きの部屋があります。 デラックスユニットには食器洗い機が含まれ、全ユニットにスイミングプール、テニスコート、およびバーベキューグリルが備わっています。 Wi-Fi回線は特定のユニットで利用可能で、フロントゲートのスイミングプールと管理事務所で利用できます。

This property was nothing as it seems. It was very dirty when we got there. It smelled of stench and mold and there was a layer of dust and filth on everything. It looks as though no one has stayed there or cleaned there in a very long time. Even the towels they provided smelled and we're stale. Dishes were dirty the floor was dirty there was hairs and debris everywhere. The Doors didn't lock properly the screen door broke off. No one has kept up this property and it was in very bad shape I do not recommend staying here and I would never stay here again

This is a great location to stay on Tybee, we loved North Beach and the view from our balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins every time we were out there and saw some very pretty sunsets.

Would not recommend this rental propertyToo pricey and did not meet what was shown in the picture or promisedSecurity was terribleThe security gate was broken. Anyone can come and go. The lock on the door worked half the time was very hard and difficult to get it to work. Every time did not have any type of second security inside and door seem to be gapped.Sliding glass door was off track and we had to try to fix it ourselves stationary part of glass door is gapped about a half inch at the bottom so it sits crooked and lets hot air in which makes your own air conditioning run more than it should and screen door was completely off trackCouch was broke downBed was broke downRefrigerator was rusty on the outsideOutlets are not up to new standards so they were overloaded with multiple plugs plugged into itThere is no additional outlets or plugs to be able to charge new electronic devices. You have to bring your own and that is not told on the advertisement.Oven door handle is about to fall offPots pans, dishes, silverware were chipped stained brokenNo hair dryer as promised in advertisement took until the very last day of our stay for me to get one after being promised every day since I arrivedNo room for additional seating in living room other than broken down couch because there are several bookcases, which does not seem to accommodate people’s needs these daysBalcony furniture is rusted broken and not safe, especially on a third floor unit. Tybee Island a d Savannah Vacation

The property and furnishings may have been a tad outdated, but very clean and sevicable. Kind of like how things use to be. The kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed. Overall a very comfortable feeling. The Savannah River views from the balcony, where it empties into the Atlantic, is just as advertised. AWESOME. Dolphins were practically always out there. What's funny is the Dolphine Tour boats would come right up to our beach area to catch a view of the dolphins, whereas we didn't have to take a tour. They were just a few hundred yards off our balcony. Also several times a shrimp trawler anchored right off our beach and stayed there during the night. Nearby restaurants were great. Went fishing on the Pier and caught Sea Trout. Make sure to take the Light House Mueseum tour. Worth every penny. We were also able to explore River Road in Savannah, and the historic district. Great memories

Wonderful place

My wife and I had a great stay here!! Our place was exactly as described! Got to watch the dolphins swimming out from the balcony and seeing the massive ships go by was amazing!! Nice quiet place to relax and take in the beauty of the mouth of the river and ocean. Will definitely be on our list to return!

Very tidy getaway.

We will definitely stay here again. The condo is obviously a little older, but updated very well and extremely neat and tidy. Our condo was on the end overlooking the ocean, and had a magnificent view. The entire area is very clean and quiet, and extremely family-friendly. We are looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

Nice little getaway.

Property was just like pictured. Bring your cassettes because that is a tape player pictured :) the radio works just fine btw. Unit was available before check in time and was very clean. We had a great time!

Killer view

Have stayed in same unit several times. Has everything you need, corner unit makes for a great sunset view. Love N Beach location with ships going in and out of the harbor, and the shrimp boats.

Much needed laid back break

Perfect space for the 2 of us. Everything we needed was provided. Hands down best view! Balcony faced the beach for beautiful sunsets, dolphins all day and evening, and boats of all kinds. The view makes it worth every penny, hands down! Short walk to excellent restaurants and coffee! Short drive to Savannah! The vibe is laid back and people are so polite and friendly! Loved it!!

The property was just as pictured. It was small but had everything we needed and was very clean. The view from the balcony was superb with shrimp boats just outside which attracted pelicans dolphins and numerous sea birds. we just sat there with our glasses of wine and watched no need to hire a boat

Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals is a family owned business that has been offering vacation rental accommodations since the beginning of 2001 and we currently manage the largest number of properties of any Property Management Company on Tybee Island. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded, and all reservation payments are deposited into an audited trust account. We manage the rental process and maintenance of a wide variety of privately owned properties which allows us to pretty much provide something for everyone. We strive to provide our guests with excellent service and value by offering a wide selection of quality properties that are clean and well maintained.

Our Mission Statement

At Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals we are committed to operating a vacation rental business that is driven by excellence in both product and service resulting in customer satisfaction from both the owners we represent and the guests we serve while at the same time providing an empowered work environment for our employees.

We are here to serve you 7 days a week. Our day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:30 PM, however Sunday hours may vary during the off season. Our phone lines are open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM we turn them over to voice mail at 5:00 PM. Our office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days and for some holidays we will close early the day before. We also close early some days to participate in community events such as the Pirate Fest Parade, Beach Bum Parade, etc. Yeah ..... we like to party here at Tybee Beach Vacation Rentals!!!
