Hi, I’m Sati. My love for Joshua Tree began more than 20 years ago, long before I owned a home here. I spent weekends camping in the park, rock climbing with friends, and discovering the unique beauty and creative spirit of the desert.

Eventually, I was fortunate enough to put down roots here and create a few special places where others could experience what first drew me to Joshua Tree.

Whether you’re coming to hike and explore the National Park, stargaze beneath the desert sky, or discover the area’s eclectic art, music and culture, I hope Saddleback Oasis feels like your own desert home while you’re here.

I love that this location offers the best of both worlds. You’re close to Joshua Tree Village for restaurants, shops and the local art scene, and just about 4 miles from the National Park—yet when you return to Saddleback Oasis, it feels wonderfully private and removed from it all.

With 1.4 acres of desert around you, there’s room to slow down, take in the views and enjoy the quiet. It’s that rare balance of close to everything, yet distinctly away from it all that made me fall in love with this location.

Saddleback Oasis is more than a place to sleep—it’s a place to settle in, slow down and enjoy being together. The home is comfortable, welcoming and thoughtfully equipped, whether you’re cooking dinner with friends, challenging someone to a game of ping-pong, curling up by the fire, or simply enjoying a quiet morning in the desert.

Outside, 1.4 private acres give you room to breathe. The fully fenced yard is especially nice for guests traveling with a pup, while the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor spaces invite you to linger long after the sun goes down.

And the desert puts on a show of its own: sunrise out front, sunset out back, and stars overhead at night.

We hear again and again how comfortable the beds are—which may not be the most glamorous amenity, but after a full day exploring Joshua Tree, it might be one of the most appreciated.
