The hosts were great, very friendly, communicative and gave helpful suggestions. The home was clean and well stocked, the pool in the back was awesome and convenient and the community amenities were great as well. The house had plenty of space for our two families of four. Would absolutely recommend to others and go back myself!

This property truly exceeded expectations. The location is perfect, the home is comfortable and well-appointed, and it’s centrally located near activities, restaurants, and shopping. The owners are the highlight—extremely responsive, accommodating, and genuinely nice. The complex pool is beautiful, and the attached restaurant is a convenient and enjoyable addition. I plan to stay here again and would happily rent any other properties these owners offer. Highly recommend—don’t hesitate to reserve.

We booked this house to attend a family memorial nearby. We had 7 adults and the home had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. The home was very clean and well appointed with kitchen, bathroom and cleaning essentials. It is a 5 minute walk to the community pool, workout room, game room and cafe. We played mini golf and had ice cream. There is a Publix and some fast food locations nearby and it has easy access to I-4. Communication was great, we had a slight hiccup with the wifi password and we heard back within minutes. We would definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful property. Clean, comfortable. We didn't use the pool because it was a little to cold for us but we did sit out on the back patio which was nice.Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glasses...everything you need to cook up some food. There weren't any condiments or salt or pepper so you will need to bring the things you need to cook, but the kitchen was very spacious and open. A lovely place to spend some time with friends!

My adult guest, (all female's) including myseld were to uncomfortable to enjoy the pool area because it feels like your being watched on the camera thats facing the pool..Also we were rushed out at 10am, when my booking said 11am check out time..Host Kelly was rude.Will never stay there again ,nor recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Golden Hour Villa! The house is spacious, very cozy, and everything feels brand new and well maintained.We requested the pool heating, and it was absolutely wonderful — we were able to enjoy the pool even with outside temperatures around 5C. It truly made a big difference in our experience.Kelly was an excellent host, always very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.The community is fantastic, with a golf area, a huge pool, and a great water play area for kids. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy those amenities because the weather was very cold during our stay.The location is also very convenient, close to Publix and several restaurant options, and about 30–40 minutes from the Disney parks.We loved everything about our stay and would definitely love to return!

However, we have found so much more joy throughout the year in visiting and exploring the area. We are excited to host you and have you make many memories as well!

We love that Davenport has so much to offer but is also close enough to the adventures of Disney and surrounding areas to explore. During our time there we like to get out to either spend a day at the park and then return back for a dip in the pool, or, explore events in surrounding towns before dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants. We're constantly finding new places from parks, cute towns like Celebration, or drives to the beach that make it fun every time we visit!

Golden Hour Villa is truly a home away from home. When you enter, you can put your bags down and take a dip to unwind. Days can start with coffee on the patio or a workout at the fitness center, and end with a family dinner. Each room has been carefully designed to help you relax and feel at ease. For those who need to get some work done, there is wireless and an office nook included. This is truly one of a kind!
