** No cleaning fees** This 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for your escape to Black Mountain. The charming and unique loft offers 100 year old barn wood, handcrafted countertops, and handmade king size bed. Relax on a private deck with fire table and gas grill, while enjoying a beautiful green lawn and possible wildlife sightings. Enjoy all that Black Mountain, (a short 5 minute drive), has to offer by way of shopping, great dining options, numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as festivals. The loft is located conveniently off of I-40 and 20 minutes to Asheville and the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Other points of interest include: Ridgecrest Conference Center 2.2 miles, Camp Ridgecrest for Boy and Camp Crestridge for girls: 2 miles, Camp Rockmont for Boys: 6.1 miles, Montreat Conference Center: 3.6 miles, YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly: 5.9 miles, Billy Graham Training Center "The Cove": 10.1 miles, Chimney Rock/Lake Lure: 31.7 miles, Biltmore House and Gardens: 17.5 miles, Blue Ridge Parkway East Asheville Entrance: 13.7 miles, Asheville River Arts District: 20.9 miles. We were welcomed with the best anniversary surprise! The room was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway! We ventured out to Asheville & Chimney Rock! Good food in the area, great art, and a perfect little town to explore. We will surely be back & recommend to others!

This couple was such a joy to host. They were extremely polite and very conscientious of the property and left the Loft so clean. They were so friendly and outgoing I would rent to them again anytime.

Great site easy access to wonderful places. We loved the Dripolater! We spent the evening on the patio with a beautiful view. The house was so comfy and clean. We will definitely be back.

The loft was exactly as described. My wife and I loved it and our stay there. The owner went through great lengths to create a cozy and comfortable environment. We hope to stay there again.

This property was incredible and Lee was amazing. He made us feel right at home. He checked on us because we came in during a storm. His communication was incredible too. The property itself was everything we could’ve hoped for. You could feel the love poured into the property. Thank you for having us - and we will be back!!!

The Loft was everything we needed for our short stay in Black Mountain. Check in was a breeze and all the tiny touches made this cabin feel extra cozy.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was amazing. We loved the coziness it brought even In the warm summer months. Even the decorations were so cute. The stained glass window was beautiful. We loved Lee as our host and we will definitely be back. Do not skip out on this hidden gem, you will not regret it. Very close to downtown black mountain to do some good eateries, and some shopping. About 23 min from Asheville downtown as well. We jjsy throughly enjoyed our stay. Next time we will have to enjoy the outside with the fire pit at night, and maybe see a bear next time. Thank you Lee for your hospitality and your kindness. Your place has to be the best one yet we’ve stayed at.

The Loft was such an inviting, cozy sanctuary. The photos cannot capture the craftsmanship and beauty. We enjoyed the personal touches of fall decor and beverage selections. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of privacy. Tucked away, but just a short drive to downtown Black Mountain with lots of choices for dining and shopping. Mount Mitchell (highest point east of the Mississippi) is an hour’s drive away on the scenic Blueridge Parkway. Breathtakingly beautiful!Lee is a wonderful, attentive host. We appreciated his attention to detail and knowledge of the area. It was a delight to stay at the Loft and we look forward to future visits!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Arts & Crafts loft in Black Mountain, NC! The space is perfectly sized for two, with a warm, artistic vibe that made us feel right at home in the beautiful WNC mountains. It was extra clean upon arrival — truly spotless — and everything was exactly as described. The location is fantastic: close to everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful. Our host was wonderful — great communication and very attentive throughout our stay. We loved every minute and would definitely book again!
