This lakefront suite offers 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. Perfect for a romantic couple's getaway, Suite #4 is an intimate retreat designed for relaxation and comfort.

With an open kitchen, dining, and living space with stunning lake views. A cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer provide all the comforts of home.

Flexible Layout: Suite #4 can also be expanded into a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit for additional space.

Outdoor Living
Step out to the deck and take in sweeping lake views. Unwind on comfortable lounge chairs, dine at the shaded umbrella table, or simply watch the boats drift by. The clear turquoise water is just steps away—perfect for a refreshing swim.

Bedroom 1: King with bathroom directly across the hallway Shower and separate tub

Parking is located in the Captain John's parking lot. One parking spot is reserved for each suite. Addtional parking is subject to availability.

Nearby Activities:
* Northstar Ski Resort – only 6 miles away (ski lease available, includes all utilities and
snow removal).
* Kayak & paddleboard rentals at Tahoe Adventure Company – just 1 block away.
* Onsite boat rentals at Tahoe Vista Inn with North Lake Tahoe Boat Rental.

A few things to Note:
* Please note that the driveway or roads to this mountain Inn are steep. Please prepare for winter driving conditions. Four wheel drive and chains may be required on roads and driveway.
* For summer guests, please bring your own beach towels.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
* Pets are not allowed at this property.

Very nice, clean apartment with perfect views of the lake. Parking and check-in are very easy. Very close to the restaurants and shopping of Kings Beach. Boat rentals are right on the property.

Gorgeous View!

Nice location near Kings Beach and/or Tahoe City. The view is exactly as shown online with a nice large deck to relax, eat outside and enjoy the gorgeous Nevada scenery!

Stunning View

This was a fantastic location and view for our mountain biking adventure. We stayed for 5 days, and never got tired of sitting on the deck for coffee, happy hour, or just marveling at the moonlight on the lake.

A Unique Place on the Lake

The lake view from the apartment is beautiful, and the property is right on the water, which was great for us to get into our kayaks. Sheri and Kristi are great hosts, and the communication was flawless and super quick with them.

Amazing location steps to lake

Nothing beats the location of this property or the view that it boasts. In spite of very dated decor, the unit was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again. I wish they would advertise it as a great single person's get away in addition to a romantic couple's one as it appeals to both!
