we actually stayed at 610 Villa Madeira. everything for us was perfect. I would definitely stay there again, and since we took our granddaughters with us, we probably will. the one and only thing that was not perfect, and this is minor, was that the water pressure in the bathroom sinks was very low. The showers were fine....just the water pressure for the bathroom sinks was weak. That is my one and only not perfect thing. The views were amazing, the furnishings were great, the location was absolutely perfect on the beach and near John's Pass, and the set up for ourselves and our 2 young granddaughters was fantastic. Thank you so much for a vacation that we will never forget.

Florida Vacation

We really loved the place. Perfect spot to enjoy a vacation with family. My sister and her family had another condo in the same building and we have been down in Indian Rocks/Shores for many years with my parents. Great Condo, everything you need and want.

Fantastic Condo

This condo was very comfy and well equipped for 2 young kids and 3 adults. It was very clean as was the entire building, pool and beach. We saw dolphins, various fish AND a huge manatee swam by about 50 feet off shore! A huge complement to the customer service of the rental company (per telephone) as they answered all my calls (4) quickly and were kind and helpful. All together a wonderful week’s stay!

Paradise

We have visited Indian Rocks for Spring Break six times or more. The last two years we stayed at Beach Palms. The property is pristine and quiet. The view from our balcony offered the ability to see both the ocean and the intercostal. The condo was very clean and spacious. We will be back!

Beautiful view

This condo was clean and nice. The balcony had views of the pool, ocean and inter coastal. I loved sitting on the balcony to watch everything. Would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time!

Only complaint would be the keys were very sticky in the locks and took a long time to get out and no elevator key for the parking lot elevator.

Great Time

Love! Love, this location and the condo. Everything was great except for the check in and check out process because you have to go out of your way to get the key. We have stayed on this property in the past and the check in and check out process was much easier and extremely convenient for the other unit. Otherwise great condo! Clean, well stocked, and terrific location!

Great place!

Great location, very close to the beach. Pool was heated. Had everything we needed. Has one parking spot but was able to get a visitor pass for my in-laws. Would stay again.

Nice location, Nice property

We have stayed at many different types of properties over the years, from hotels to condos to homes. This condo was done nicely and we would stay at it again. The location is perfect for a beach vacation, the grounds were well kept, pool was nice, grills were a nice bonus and the beach is right there! The condo was well stocked with essentials, was clean and well maintained. It was a comfortable stay and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a 3 bedroom beach front condo for a getaway.

Great Vaca at Indian Shores

Excellent condo in a great location. Loved the easy beach and pool access. This condo was comfortable for our group of 6 and we definitely are considering booking a stay at this location again in the future. Washer and dryer could use an upgrade but outside of that all was very well.

Large, clean, comfortable condo

The condo is recently remodeled. Appliances are new and in excellent working order. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean and newly updated. Location is right on the beach, and amenities are a quick drive away. We are a tough group to please and would easily rent this unit again!
