A little out of the away but a perfect getaway. The property is surrounded by horses and it was very calming.

Lovely place for relaxing

I was in town to visit my daughter and her husband for about a week. Really appreciated being a little out of town and enjoyed hearing the neighboring peacocks occasionally! The kitchen was stocked as a typical rental, plus there were some dry good items left by previous guests, such as spaghetti and cake mixes that could come in handy. We enjoyed meals on the back covered patio! We didn't watch the tv in the back room so I'm not sure how well that works but there was a good selection of dvds to choose from. Wifi never gave us any issues. The beds aren't the most comfortable but I tend to have back issues. One of the twin beds was the most comfortable for me. When my daughter anns her husband stayed out there with me she said she slept well in the queen bed but it had been too "springy" for me if that makes sense. Communication was easy and we enjoyed watching the horses and walking along the road most evenings!

Horse country!

Super cute gramma feeling cottage surrounded by horse pastures and training grounds. Just lovely and peaceful, feels private but is minutes from everything in tri-cities

Relaxing Retreat

We had traveled to the Pendleton Roundup and after the rodeo traveled to this little farm house. It was very clean and so comfortable with a farm home atmosphere. We instantly felt at home and relaxed. This was a wonderful find and I feel would be for those who like isolation along with peace and quiet. If we ever return we will definitely stay at the farm house.

Clean, comfortable, and calm!

I loved this place. It was so clean, and Carol was a gem. The property was so tranquil, the only night that was noisy was July 4th and compared to other places it was calm. This house is going on my favorites list and Carol will be the first one I check with next time I’m in the tricities!

Lovey house in country setting

My husband and I LOVED our stay in this country-style house. We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to have stayed much longer. It felt like home and had all the conveniences and extras to make us not needing anything. We ate breakfast on the back patio to enjoy the morning sun and visited with a friend in one of the 2 living rooms for hours (very comfortable). The house is in a super quiet and peaceful setting with was around 10 mins from town. The full kitchen was big and welcoming as was the feel through the whole house. I was pleasantly surprised to find two full bathrooms (for some reason I thought there was only one). I appreciated being able to do a loud of laundry. Also found numerous towels (and bedding) included which is not common in another rental places - which also gave a “homey” feeling. Would definitely love to stay there again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a home away from home in the Kennewick area.

Lovely farm setting

Beautiful, calm, sweet, relaxing setting. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Peaceful farm area surrounded by friendly horses on pastures, and cats, cows, sheep, peacocks, etc. Very nice owner is available if you have any questions. Convenient to stores and restaurants in town.
