The property was exactly as listed. It had a nice porch and was located perfectly for our stay. It was very close to food and the beach.
We ran into issues mostly with the property management company. We did not receive any info on the property when we arrived, but were just handed the keys. There was no information in the apartment, and we were unable to access the internet. When I contacted the management through the app, I was told that info was supposed to be communicated at check in, and they were unable to help because they were not in their office on the weekend. A day later I went to property mangers office to get the information, and they sent some one over later to tell us the password.
The next issue was with the parking. There are only two spots assigned to the property. Guests are assigned numbers and given tags. This parking lot is shared with the other apartment as well as the pizza and burrito places below the apartments. Guest are given very strict orders to only park in their assigned spots. Returning from the beach one day, a car was parked in our spot. When I walked to the property management office to notify them, the response I received amounted to roughly, "what do you want me to do, we aren't going to have them towed." It was then easy to tell that the guests were not the first priority of the management company.
