Beachcomber 402 Summerwind West was excellent! Upon walking inside, i immediately noticed the pleasant welcoming aroma. Every room was clean and tidy. The balcony has plenty of seating. It’s on the fourth floor, so it’s high enough to not hear all the fun at the pool and low enough to get a quick ride down or up the elevator. Access to unit and beach gates was easy peasy. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the hardware and glassware to need.

Great Fall Break Stay

The location of this condo was perfect for our family of six. Getting to the beach and pool everyday was very easy, and the views from the balcony were great. The condo was clean and just as described. The check in process was also seamless and the communication was good. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and condo

Could not have asked for a better location! The condo was clean and accurately reflected listing. The master bedroom as well as the twin bed bunk room need new mattresses (rather uncomfortable). We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great View and Location

This condo was great. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed walking the pier every morning and evening. I will suggest they get a new mattress in the master bedroom though. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay in this property.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location and your walks along the pier. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the mattress in the master bedroom and will be sure to pass it along to the owner in an effort to upgrade the mattress. We're glad you had a great stay overall, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

I would have given 5 stars but the couch cushions, pans, and mattresses need replaced. Otherwise, it’s lovely.

Beautiful Condo

The Summerwind property as a whole is beautiful and this condo was no exception. Everything is clean, updated and just as the pictures show. This was our third stay at this property and we will be back. We love Summerwind. The only complaint we'd have this stay is this property management group makes it more difficult to access all of your check in/check out info by requiring you to sign in on their website rather than VRBO. Outside of that, the stay was perfect.

Property is nice. The tv in the kids room with twin beds never worked. Maintenance tried to remedy the situation but was unsuccessful. The cell service and WiFi was terrible. This is in no way a reflection of the owner, just the reality of the situation.

Enjoyed!

Overall condo was ok. There were eight of us. Would have liked to have had another sofa in the living room. And there was only four balcony chairs and my parents could not get in the high chairs. There needs to be at least two regular height chairs.

Place was in the perfect location but had a few problems that they were quick on fixing. Couldn't find towels at first and they were all in the dryer and also found a ton of sand in the bed the first night. Paid a cleaning fee for it not be completely clean

It's not worth the money.

The stay was great but was extremely disappointed in the amount t I paid and the fact that it took 3 days out of the 5 I was there to fix the sliding glass door to the balcony. It was a huge inconvenience for our family when everyone was supposed to be able to relax and be comfortable. It's not worth the money.

Kelly, It seems that the guest before you bent the track on the slider. We were unaware until you called. I noticed the call came in after business hours on Saturday night. Unfortunately, the slider companies around here do not work on the weekends. The slider company was called 1st thing Monday morning and came out that day to repair the track on the slider. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and hope you will give us another opportunity.
