「Over The Top」は、メキシコ湾の素晴らしい景色を一望する美しい3階建ての海岸沿いの家です。 Destiny Eastのゲートコミュニティに位置する「Over The Top」は、デスティンで最も高いポイントのひとつに位置しています。この美しいビーチの家の長さを走る3つの南部デッキの1つから感動的な日の出と日の入りを見てください。 "Over The Top"は24名用のベッドルームで、6つのベッドルームと6つのバスルームがあります。

1階には、大階段と専用エレベーターのあるエレガントで明るい入り口があります。 このレベルでの睡眠の手配のためには二段部屋とキングスイートがあります。 二段ベッドルームは陽気な雰囲気を醸し出しており、カスタムメイドのクイーン - オーバー - クイーン二段ベッド3セットが備わっています。 キングスイートには専用バスが付いています。 この階には共用バスがあります。 娯楽のためにプライベートプールへの入り口近くに便利なゲームルームがあります。 ゲームルームには、バー席のあるウェットバーとビリヤード台があります。 プライベートプールからは、エメラルドコーストの見事なエメラルドグリーンの海と砂糖のような白い砂浜を見渡せます。

2階にはモダンなオープンコンセプトのリビング、ダイニング、キッチンがあります。 この豪華なメインのリビングスペースは日中自然光に浸されていて、会社と一緒にリラックスしたり、娯楽を楽しむのに最適なスペースとなっています。 グルメキッチンには、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の電気器具、そして2人掛けの朝食バーとしても機能する島があります。 料理中の会話に最適！ フォーマルなダイニングエリアからは湾の景色を一望でき、8人掛けの席があります。 バルコニーの屋外キッチンのそばに6名用の追加のダイニングスペースがあります。 この階での睡眠の手配のために、2つのキングスイートがあります。 このフロアの各キングスイートには専用バスルームが付いています。

3階は壮大なマスターキングスイートに囲まれています。 湾岸の景色を望む家具付きの専用バルコニーが備わる、広々とした客室です。暖炉のあるリビングエリア。 2つの大きなクローゼットジャグジー浴槽とウォークインシャワー。 このスイートには、特注のツインオーバーツインの二段ベッドが備わっています。 この階にはクイーンスイートもあり、ツインオーバーツインの二段ベッドが備わります。

「Over The Top」は、ビーチフロントのレストランや、大きなプール、フィットネスセンター、テニスコート、バスケットボールコート、ウォーキング/ペット用パス、広い遊び場、グリル/調理準備ステーション、プライベートムービーシアターがあるDestiny Eastコミュニティセンターから徒歩圏内です！ 公共ビーチへのアクセスは、The Crab Trapの公共ビーチへのアクセスに便利です。

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental in Destin! The home was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of 17 without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and gathering together so easy and enjoyable.The views were absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions while still feeling relaxing and private. One of the best parts of our experience was the host’s responsiveness. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for large groups or family vacations!

The house is located in a great neighborhood. Located right on the scenic highway. Easy access to the beach and the Crab Trap. Loved every thing!

Our family ABSOLUTELY LOVED this BEAUTIFUL home! The LOCATION was PERFECT for going to the OUTLET SHOPS and GROCERY STORES and RESTAURANTS! We could see the BEAUTIFUL BLUE WATER and WHITE SAND from the house! LOVED having an elevator that was so quiet and smooth for my elderly parents. The pool with waterfalls was so nice to hear even though we didn’t go swimming or use the hot tub it was soothing to just hear the waterfalls.LOVED having access to the 6 person GO CART to ride to the short drive to the beach. The owner Mr. Jim was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME caring for us! The whole booking process was WONDERFUL! Vanessa was GREAT too! Plenty of seating and room to get around in the home especially for elderly ones with walkers. We would LOVE to go back again. THANK YOU for making our trip a WONDERFUL one.

Hi James. Thanks for the feedback here. The Destiny East neighborhood used to have deeded access across the street, and we hate that isn't there anymore due to county regulation. Our guests like taking the short walk or golf cart ride over to the Crab Trap where the beach is much larger and comes with a nice lunch spot too. Please come back to see us soon.

Great stay

Great location. Management was extremely responsive. Plenty of room for large groups. Spa looks as if it was a hot tub at one point. It only stays the same temperature as the pool and jets do not work, but it wasn’t an issue as it was hot outside. Overall very nice property.

Needs a lot of maintenance

Good location but needs a closer beach access. This house needs a lot of things fixed and remodeled. Wouldn’t recommend until it has been properly taken care of by the owner. Property management company was very responsive but couldn’t fix the things I that needed fixed immediately. A lot of work needs to be done on this house.

We did not have a pleasant experience on our extremely expensive family vacation. The water from second floor shower was leaking into the first floor master bathroom and dripping on my MIL while she was using the restroom. Above her was plywood covered in water stains and wet. We called it in to the maintenance. Not shown in pictures for their advertising. We have a big family so using the dishwasher is a must. That was leaking. Hand washed everything. The filters for the ac/heat vents were so dirty I could have made a blanket. The carpet was so nasty and stained I felt dirty after walking on it. Changed my socks before getting into bed. We paid extra for the pool heated daily. That broke after the first night. They said they would refund me. But now they say a credit for future stay. I would never stay with this management company again. A hotel would have been better and a lot cheaper. The gas grill was leaking gas so strong it was coming into the house! So scary. Everything was dirty, the baseboards. The pillows. This was truly one of the worst experiences we have ever had.

This was the broom the provided to clean with. So gross.
Here’s the plywood patch they did. Leaking. Smelled like mildew bad.
Upstairs master bath shower missing tiles and mold growing. Smelly too.

Over the Top is just as it sounds. It lives up to the name. Our second time staying here. Views are amazing, pool deck and lower level so much fun. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart, as the public beach access is not a close walk. You absolutely can't go wrong with this place (what am I doing, creating more demand to compete against. I mean this place is awful. :) 10/10

Friends Trip

We had an enjoyable trip to Destin. Overall, the home was good. However, multiple ice makers weren’t in working condition, the pool was dirty, hot water was lacking for a house of its size, 2/3 bbq grills were in working condition, & very little refrigerator space for a house of its size. I would highly recommend a guest bringing blankets to add to the beds.

2022 Family Spring Break

Stay was fantastic. House was outstanding and would recommend to anyone wanting the space and luxury this home offers. We rented a golf cart for the week which was a nice to have....not a must have. A+ stay for our family!

Spread out, relax by the pool and enjoy the gulf view!

The property is one of the best houses and locations in the Destiny East gated community. Large home with first floor space to entertain and use the pool and deck. Second floor has large kitchen, sitting space and outdoor grill/seating. We had three families and were able to spread out with 16 people. Be advised you need to bring all paper goods, soaps and beach towels. We had the pool heated, and it was well worth it. Would return again to this property.

Beach Vacation

This property is beautiful and located in viewing and short walking distance to the ocean. The rooms were nice and spacious, the kitchen was accommodating for our giant family, and we all got to enjoy the pool by the third day of our stay. Our only complaint was that the pool was not checked on our heated like we requested and paid for until the third day

We've done some work on that and ensured it's running properly for all future guests. The weather can be temperamental and throw the temp sensors off in those heaters sometimes. Beach wedding

We loved our stay and the layout of the house. We rented the house for us and our families to stay in because we were getting married on the beach. There was plenty of room for both of our families and everyone was very comfortable and amazed by the size and beauty of the house!

Our stay was wonderful

Our family celebrated life after being shut in after Covid. Our house was spacious for five families everyone enjoyed private pool except for few falls from fancy tiles outside the door. Definitely needs updating but we had a wonderful stay.

Over the Top was exactly that for me and my family!

This property is beautiful and has every cooking utensil or appliance you need to use in preparing dishes for your friends and family. Cleaning crew needs to pay attention to dusting better on fans and bathroom mirrors. There were a few little things that need repair like a leg on a kitchen chair, toilet holder in third floor bathroom. Also, both both gas grills that are pictured are not working, in fact one is completely gone on the second floor outside of the kitchen
