The kitchen had so many items, you do not need to bring a thing. The house was very clean and no matter the time, we could text our host with a question and they would get right back with us. The outdoor kitchen had plenty of seating and even had lounge chairs and the hammock was great and the view was the best. I think you could have in Destin. I highly recommend. Booking.

Fantasic place for a big family vaca.

The downstairs kitchen bar and grills made the best and easy place to grill our fish. Get out of the sun and storm. Such a close walk to the water. I felt getting to the beach had never been easier.

Beachfront perfect

We absolutely loved the location, private beach, Beautiful view with a spacious deck, plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms …. I could go on and on!!! The only thing I would add to the place is extra potholders, kitchen towels…. We bought some so hopefully they stay for the next guests

This Is What Makes A Family Vacation

The house was excellent for a large family. We spent more time eating in rather than out because of the large porches, bar area, grills, T table and chairs, hamock, other tables and chairs, a few steps and you were in the ocean.

The unit is cleaned, plenty of tableware for our large group. It would've been perfect and 5 stars, had their been just a little bit more in terms of a starter pack for paper towels and toilet paper. We had what was left on the rollers. 1 extra roll per bathroom would've been more than enough. These are small things, that guest tend to not think about when traveling. Location and private beach with security is appreciated.

Great condo!

This is a great condo. Needs some updating and cleaning but overall very roomy and great balcony spaces. Had a small maintenance issue and they took care of it quickly and continued to keep it under control throughout our stay.

Beautiful view and great deck and balconies! This house is not up to code. Bedrooms without windows or closets. Some beds have horrible mattresses. Two couples moved to an hotel after 3 nights of no sleep. Electricity kept tripping in one bedroom. However, management was quick reply. Dead bugs on the floor when we arrived and dishes and pots were not all clean. We had to rinse everything. Hair dryers were not supplied to every bathroom. There was an extension coming out the floor board with no wall outlet. Not enough outlets in a bedrooms. Kitchen was updated and the living room was nice and accommodated 12 people sitting around to play games. This house is a maze and difficult to get around in.The standout is the view, immediate access to the beach, bottom deck with lots of seating and bar.

While we are glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, beach access, and spacious decks, we are disappointed that we were not given the opportunity to come to the home and personally address your concerns during your stay. Our team did respond promptly and offered to assist, but unfortunately we were unable to inspect or resolve the reported issues before your group chose to relocate. The home is accurately represented in photos and meets all local safety and rental requirements. That said, your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure continued improvements. We always strive to provide a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable experience for every guest, and we hope to have you stay with us again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Destin, FL! The house offered plenty of space, making it perfect for our large group to spread out and relax without ever feeling cramped. Its location was another major highlight — just a short walk to an absolutely beautiful stretch of beach and conveniently close to many of Destin’s best restaurants, shops, and activities. We were also very pleased with the responsiveness from Solely Property Management, who handled our questions and any minor concerns quickly and professionally.That said, there are a few areas for improvement. While comfortable, the house is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from some updates and minor repairs. Additionally, during the peak heat of the summer, the A/C seemed to struggle a bit to keep up with our group’s demand. Overall, these drawbacks were minor and did not take away from the great experience we had. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located home for their Destin getaway!

Fun Family Florida Reunion

Outstanding location! Beautiful beachfront property. Gorgeous deck. The many bedrooms, bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, spacious indoor and outdoor seating make this a perfect place for a large family gathering. The video game tables were a hit with all age groups. Kayaks and paddle boards provided lots of fun.

Exceptional Experience!

Our group had a wonderful time staying at the Navigator's Nest, perfectly located on a beautiful part of the beach and within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. The many bedrooms and central living spaces accommodated our sleeping and socializing needs very well, plus the underdeck built-in beach bar was a fun place to hang out. That feature truly is one of a kind. The layout of the unit is interesting, as it's two condos that have been combined. While some updates have been done here and there, it could use an overall refresh and organizing, but that did not get in the way of our group having a great stay. I'd like to give a shout out to Tyler at Solely Beachfront for his supportive service, both in the reservation process and follow ups. We will definitely look to Solely Beachfront again for our beach stays.

Holiday Vacation

The property manager did an excellent job in communicating with us despite problems we experienced with the heat not working on the bottom floor. They worked diligently in trying to get the issue resolved, to include providing extra blankets and portable heaters to remedy or alleviate the issue.

A nice Family Spot with minor issues

This home is amazing for a large family like ours. It has all of the space one would need and the location to shops and grocery stores is an added bonus. The home however needs some TLC, master bedroom bathroom cabinet looks like it has been beaten up. The shower tile needs cleaned - water pressure and heat in all baths were amazing! The upstairs and downstairs kitchen had many dirty dishes in the cabinetry and were all over the place. Most of the pots and pans were also dirty. We were very surprised. The washing machine on the main level was a waste of water. It kept needing balanced and took hours to wash towels. We even made the loads not so large to try to eliminate it. The downstairs washing machine and dryer although much smaller worked wonderfully! The upper level bathrooms and lower level bathrooms were not cleaned, hair and dirty tubs. There was trash (coke cans, tissues, etc) left around the house - it appeared to not have been cleaned or checked well after it was "cleaned". The lower deck is a wonderful place for a family! We thoroghly enjoyed it. The beach toys, boards, kayaks place was a hot mess, things were thrown all around. My nephew on our last day cleaned the entire deck, bars and cleaned and organized the beach toys. Again, super suprised on how dirty the bars were and the second bar could not be used until the toy area was cleaned. We loved the shower and foot spray at the top of the walkway. That was fabulous to clean your feet and to cool off from the beach! Nice surprise. The furniture in the family room (especially the two chairs) were super nice and fit all of us! The amount of table and chair space to eat was also great for us! The top deck was a great place for coffee and our moring Yoga! The views are wonderful! The people who put out the beach chairs and umbrellas had them out early every morning and we didn't even have to call! That was also super nice! The beach and water were PERFECT! I hope this review is posted and the owners take notice. This home could be AMAZING and be an even higher rent if it were better taken care of. FYI, our family enjoyed themselves so much so don't let this change your mind about staying here! We just wanted the owners to be informed.

Our week at Navigator's Nest was amazing! 8 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space to spread out or come together for games or a meal. Solely was quick to respond with the few issues we did have and was able to fix it quickly!Everything was explained thoroughly in the description so we were able to come prepared. The location was awesome with quick access to restaurants and stores and beautiful views of the beach. Loved it!

Great locations but needs some TLC

13 adults, ages 55-88, recently stayed for a week at this place. With some TLC this could be an awesome rental. There is tons of clutter in closets and cabinets. Several broken pantry doors and most of the outdoor toys (kayaks, paddles, chairs, hammock, etc) were broken and unusable. But the outdoor space was unbeatable. We cooked every meal …. the kitchen is small but has all you need ( could use more silverware). The walk to beach is just a few steps and ample parking for cars. The towels and beds were great. Good Stay will Revisit this property

Great location and plenty of room. I would recommend this property. If i had one constructive criticism, I would suggest a spraying for bugs as we saw several.

Great vacation home. The deck was great. Right on the beach.
