We met our grown children at this area for a weekend trip. Great location for site seeing. Home was clean, area was quiet. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

The house is totally redone inside and nice and clean and modern. Beautiful fenced in backyard for our fur baby, cleaning supplies for you to clean up after yourselves and TVs in every room for you to relax in. Stayed with my entire family to visit my child at EKU and it’s an easy 15 minute drive. Would recommend and stay again.

Safety hazards, dirty, things listed in the info that weren’t there. Outlet cover left off next to the sink in the kitchen, nail sticking out of the floor in the master bedroom that got stepped on, garbage left in both the kitchen garbage can & the bathroom, dirty scrunchie left in the shower, wet paint left on a shoddy step just built by the host that got stepped in trying to remove the dirty scrunchie from the shower, hot and cold water set up backwards in the bathroom, dirty, counters, stove, etc., including dirt from repairs in the kitchen that fell into the drainer and the toaster, AC units in the windows instead of actual AC, which were super noisy, sticky seat in the kitchen chair that got sat in, supposed to be a charcoal grill there & wasn’t-then host had a gas grill delivered in a box with charcoal expecting us to put the grill together. Lawn wasn’t mowed completely & when asked when they were going to finish the host said maybe we should do it so we could get some exercise.super rude guy. Used the app messenger & he said I had been contacting the wrong person the whole time when he was the person answering in the app. He insulted me simply because I told him to never mind on the grill that we picked one up while we were on vacation there. Topper is that he did not divulge that he lives in a shed attached to the house. We figured it out quickly. Didn’t use the backyard because his shed window overlooked the whole space & felt no privacy. And this isn’t all!
