Please note that this is a warm, humid, tropical environment with no AC. Homes in this area naturally experience moisture, occasional mildew, insects, and seasonal weather conditions. The house is equipped with ceiling fans and screened windows for airflow, but guests who require strong air conditioning or very dry air may prefer accommodations with AC.

The home is on a solar system without backup batteries, so larger appliances (laundry, dishwasher, etc.) should be run during daylight hours. The property uses a filtered well system, and plumbing is sensitive—please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.
