Make yourself at home in the sunlit living area, detailed with a sleeper sofa and a 50” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for two, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the dining table for six.

BED & BATH

Part of a duplex, this ground-level unit sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the tranquil master bedroom, appointed with a cloud-like queen bed and a 40” smart TV.

The guest bedroom includes two plush twin beds and a 32” smart TV, while the bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Amelia Island beach cottage

We enjoyed our family vacation on Amelia Island at this close to the beach house rental. Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay. We will definitely be back again soon!

Perfect for our family with 2 kids. Short stroll to the beach, very convenient. Nice cold air conditioning. Sparkling clean and management was super helpful. Would absolutely stay gere again!

Very nice stay, awesome location!

Cozy duplex with lots of space. Really enjoyed the backyard and the location/access to the beach was phenomenal. Had some trouble checking in as the door-access instructions could have been clearer and I couldn’t find the lockbox after looking for 10 minutes. Manager was very communicative, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it!

Stayed while working a job

The place had everything we need to make it a great stay. Grill, nice back yard and and kind of cooking ware you need. All the appliances are brand new.

Great Location

We had some issues and the property manager was excellent. Communicated right away and resolved the problems. Overall the furniture etc is 'tired' and though the kitchen has utensils, they are the bare essentials and also 'tired'

First Dog Vacation

Very friendly dog property as well as area. Fenced backyard as advertised was perfect. Had advertised hair dryer on property so didn't bring one. Property manager was very responsive in bringing a brand new one over. Would definitely recommend this unit.

The online listing gives you the impression that it is on the beach . Other than that it was ok .

I had all intentions of being on the beach and there were a broken hand towel handle and some kind of stain in the master bedroom on the carpet? Other than that we did enjoy ourselves. As someone with a disability the walk to the beach took some time. Thanks for all the follow up emails.

Perfect location!

When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised how big and open the living room and kitchen were. It was a perfect place for small kids to play. You could watch them while you were in the kitchen. Loved how there was a door separting the toliet and shower from the sink and mirror in the bathroom. The outside shower was very convenient after spending the day at the beach. Great wifi service which is important if you have kids with tablets. Another plus was being able to pull your vehicle right up to the door and unload your stuff and reload. Highly recommend this place. We hope to stay here again in the future.

It’s pet friendly keep in mind

The owner of this property should take it off the rental market and Vacasa should not be renting it in the condition that it’s in. Just because you make a property pet friendly doesn’t mean you don’t have to keep it up when you’re charging top dollar to rent it. Please beware that most people would not sleep here. The other review that said horrid was correct. Be ashamed owner and Vacasa.
