Beach access is on Ocean Dune Circle, just three blocks away, which is only 8 minutes away! Nature lovers will enjoy the MalaCompra Greenway Trails and Washington Oaks State Park, which has stunning formal gardens. Bings Landing, and all it has to offer, is moments away and features boat launches, a fishing pier, picnic and playground facilities, paddleboarding rentals, and sunsets along the Intracoastal. Marineland is just up the road and offers dolphin and tortoise interactions. Pickleball and tennis buffs will enjoy the free courts at the Hammock Community Center around the corner, and if you want some time on the greens, Palm Harbor Golf Club and Pine Lakes Golf Club are a short drive over the toll bridge. History buffs will love being under eight miles from the Fort Matanzas National Monument, where guests can explore and learn about the area's history. Flagler Beach is less than 12 miles away and you can enjoy the scenic 20-mile drive to historic St. Augustine. Daytona Speedway is less than 40 miles away and offers interesting tours for all. There are many outdoor activities, restaurants, and charming coffee houses nearby.

There's plenty of room for everyone at this family-friendly home. From the moment you walk through the door, you're in the spacious common area - pull up a chair or take a seat on the sofa. The kitchen is close by and all set up so that conversations don't have to stop - the kitchen island doubles as an extra-long countertop bar. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, French-door fridge, and helpful equipment. The kids and dogs will love running around the enclosed backyard while the adults enjoy a chat on the backyard porch furniture. The whole family can relax in central air-conditioning, and there is a private washer/dryer to take care of dirty clothes from the day while you relax.

The bedrooms are spread out throughout this home, so you'll have your pick! Every bedroom features its own TV and the house includes three full bathrooms.

Cozy Home with Plenty of Room; Lovely Owners.

The house was wonderful--it had more than enough room for everyone in our group (8 people). It is a short walk to a nearby beach, which we watched fireworks on this past Fourth of July. No issues with internet, water, or AC. During our stay, we had a family emergency and left in a rush, accidentally taking a few towels with us in the hurried packing. When we contacted the owners to ask where we should ship them back, they were kind and considerate, telling us not to worry about them. St. Augustine is only a twenty-ish minute drive from the house. Great location and an even better home!

A beautiful Memorial weekend

this place treated us the way we needed to have been treated, my whole family and i had the most relaxed and comfortable weekend ever ! i 100% recommend this stay & we will for sure be back before the summer ends ! :)

Relaxing

Great house layout, very comfortable and spacious. The house had everything you needed with plenty of supplies for the stay, which often doesn’t happen. This is great for a relaxing stay and you are only about 40 minutes from st Augustine and Daytona. 10 minute walk to the beach. Also, nice neighbors dropped off some fireworks for the kids, very nice surprise!

Vacation with the grandkids

Beautiful house clean and modern. Short walk to beautiful quiet beach. Max our dog enjoyed the fenced back yard. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location!

This location was gorgeous, the space was perfect for our family friends and our family! So close to the beach and the space was open and beautiful. Only downside was the dryer strained to dry the towels that were requested to be washed and dried, and supplies such as laundry detergent, trash bags and paper towels were low, we had to run and buy trash bags from the gas station. There was also a smell of smoke in the master bath but there were plenty of bathrooms in the house so it didn’t bother us much. We would most definitely book this house again, it was the perfect house for a family vacation, the little kids were able to run without worry if stairs or losing track of them as it was a completely open floor plan—the proximity to the beautiful beach was the icing on the cake!
