The pristine sandy beach and the cool Atlantic waves are just a quick walk away. If you're in search of dining and shopping, the European Village is only five miles south, offering a selection of boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a seasonal farmers market. Golfers will enjoy having several nearby courses to choose from, including Palm Harbor Golf Club (five miles south), Pine Lakes Golf Club (nine miles southwest), and Cypress Knoll Golf Course (14 miles south). Everything was exactly as pictured! Perfect 3 minute walk to the beach (which was not crowded whatsoever). It was the perfect beach getaway house!

Short Getaway

We had a great time. The property is super clean, and in the perfect location. Just a few steps from the beach. Our boys loved riding bikes back and forth to the beach.

Great stay only 2 complaints were that the 4 beds were trundle beds more suited for kids and that there was no door/separation from downstairs living area and upstairs sleeping quarters.... could hear everything

Amazing home!

Johanna was amazing throughout the entire process, the property manager helped with the entire process and did everything she could to get my car situation settled. The house was amazingly and I cannot wait to go back again.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

Easy living in a quiet neighborhood. Thought it was a little closer to the water. There isn’t anything in between but land so the view is unobstructed.

We love this house. Thank you for making it available. This is not a great property for people with small children and the beach here does not invite swimming.

Beautiful Relaxing Efficient Management

We did not have enough time in this beautiful place. The house is even prettier in person . Spacious, clean , comfy. Close to beach and fun St Augustine. Johanna was our go to person and she was fabulous and kind and there when we had a couple of minor issues. Easy checking and checkout! Hoping to go back soon.
