Overall not terrible, we enjoyed our stay. Upon our arrival we did find multiple baby roaches in different areas of the house, noticed one of the plates inside the cabinet was unclean.

Beach House charm

Simple but charming. Ocean view, short walk to the beach. We we're very pleased with the place.Communication was excellent through the entire process.

Met expectations

Our expectations were exceeded. The home was extra clean, nice set up in the bathroom. Excellent toiletries. Great tv channel selection. I was a bit leery oyf the stair railing as it wobbled quite a bit. A gste at the top of the stair would have made enjoying the deck with our fog. Since there are many dogs being walked in the neighbor hood our pup had to be leashed in order to keep him from dashing around the house and running down the stairs to greet passersby. It could be a very small improvement. We loved the nearby eateries Aanr the boardwalk across t GG e dunes was a huge plus especially if you have any movement disorders. Our friends had a different rental a couple of blocks away with no boardwalk. I traversed it once and found it grueling. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly people and curteous drivers. Car traffic was quite light which was a big plus for walking. Bravo to the owners and managers of such a lovely property. Butler beach is beautiful and very uncrowded, especially during the week days. Another plus is the bed. I found it to be quite comfortable with a very generous pillow selection. I would be happy to stay in this property again, my husband agrees. The kitchen was well apoointed with nearly new and clean appliances. There is no dishwasher. That was not a problem for the two of us.

The location is great. good quick access to beach. the inside was clean but the outdoor furniture was old and dirty. Not a great welcome to the property. The inside furniture should be updated. We were not there that much so it was okay. It could be really nice with a furniture upgrade inside and out.

Nice St. Augustine getaway

15 day stay. Vacasa staff extremely helpful. Great location. Furniture needs. To be updated. Outdoor furniture on deck very worn. Nice bathroom. No dishwasher only a slight nuisance. Very short distance to beach from house. Good beach access.

Great location if beach was open

House was as described and comfortable, great location. Beach access by the house was closed for construction our entire 4 day stay, huge bummer. Neighbors said it was closed over 2 weeks. Would have been nice to know before checking in, we would've changed our dates or rented different house, since beach access is the biggest attraction for this rental. House next door is under construction so crews and noise daily.

Unable to get repair help. Electricity in bedroom keep going out and neither TV worked! Not exactly what I payed for!

Saint Augustine Flop

Very disappointed by the whole experience. The house smelled like animal urine which we pin pointed to the rugs. Moved them outside to deck but furniture still had an odor. Called the property manager immediately (Vacasa) and all they did was wash the floors. Also broken washer which I called about the whole week we were there (called 6 times) and no one ever came to repair it. VRBO did not stand behind this rental so will not be using them in the future. Location was good, kitchen was well appointed but the futon was shoved in a corner. Not really good for sleeping unless you’re 5ft or shorter. Nice deck for sitting but the ramp to the beach was closed for the time we were there. Had to walk much farther to access beach from another spot. No compensation for all the headaches we experienced. Very disappointed with VRBO and Vacasa Property Management.

Magnolia House

The house was perfect for our first visit to St. Augustine. Great location with easy, quick beach access. The house provided all we needed, a very comfortable setting. We enjoyed staying out on the beach, with a short drive into downtown. A great location for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach as well as all St. Augustine has to offer.

Home was as listed, basic but quaint. The location is why you stay here…100 yds from the beach, wrap around deck with beautiful views, local walk-over…can’t be beat. You’ll love it here.

The house was as listed & a short walk to the beach. That being said, there is an ant problem in the kitchen, tons of ants surrounding the sink area and the windows that face the ocean could really use a cleaning.

Beach Access Supreme

Great location- just a 1/2 block walk to public beach access ramp. Lovely stretch of beach. Fine white sand. House is a rental—no personal touches but all the basic. Kitchen was well equipped. Could benefit from better deck chairs and a table or side tables. How about a grill for the deck or cement slab below?

A wonderful little place

Brittany Chasteen was very helpful. We were married this weekend and this was the perfect lil honeymoon getaway! Very clean, quaint, and homey.

Great beach house

Had comfortable time at this great beach house. Superior location with obstructed view if the ocean but just few steps away from the sand! House needs some TLC but overall it’s in great location close by restaurants, stores and just a short drive to historic downtown. I would recommend!
