Enjoy your dream getaway in the best of paradise in Maui, Hawaii, with this exquisite 1534 sqft ground-floor condo offering the ultimate in comfort and luxury. Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, this home delivers two well-appointed bedrooms, each with bedroom sets and mattresses purchased in December 2024. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, two dressers, a spacious closet, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom mirrors these comforts also with a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom and similar furnishings, ensuring everyone a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom also has a sitting area that, with the addition of my pop-up desk, is perfect for those of you that need to get some work done while on vacation.

The open-plan kitchen serves as a culinary haven, outfitted with full appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop with double oven, air fryer, keurig coffee machine and a full array of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware, complemented by a pantry for your storage needs. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying delicious meals.

Relaxation and entertainment await in the living area, furnished with an oversized L-shaped couch/sofa sleeper with a tempur pedic mattress topper, smart TV, three barrel chairs, and tile flooring throughout the property. Step outside to a large lanai fitted with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating for at least 6, two reclining loungers and a closet for storage, all while enjoying direct access and views of the golf course.

Extra perks include using the pool, hot tub, and tennis or pickleball courts, enhancing your leisure options. Open parking with a one-time fee of $159, , a lot of storage space, and an additional full size refrigerator in the outdoor storage closet increase convenience, with all utilities included. Just a 7-minute walk from world famous Blackrock Beach, this condo invites you to experience serene living with unparalleled access to natural beauty and recreation. I also have a golf cart available for a small fee that makes trekking to the beach a breeze.

My husband and I lived here full time until the Lahaina fire. We decided to give back to our community and a displaced family moved in to our condo until they recently purchased a new home. Now we are ready to help other families make their dream vacation come true!

Our home is in the Ka'anapali Resort area with Whaler's Village being right across the parkway from us. As a result we are walking distance not only to world famous Black Rock Beach but also great restaurants and shopping.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home is right on the 16th hole of the Ka'anapali Royal Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and the view is amazing. At night all the lights at Whaler's Village come on and it is really quite lovely. Our unit is exceptionally peaceful, relaxing and very private. We have a very nice, heated pool and spa and we also have tennis and pickleball courts at our complex. My unit in particular is very nicely furnished, it's more like a home than a vacation rental and I am always reachable by text for any issue that might arise. My kitchen is fully stocked but we also have a nice bbq on the lanai for grilling. One of my favorite things to do is head to the beach for an early morning walk followed by a swim either in the ocean or the complex's pool. After that it's time for lunch on the lanai or perhaps at Whaler's Village and maybe a nap! But no matter how you spend your time there really isn't anything much better than a Maui home away from home vacation.
