This first-floor apartment has been renovated from top to bottom and is located in a great part of town. You can enjoy some of the best foods, bars, and sights by simply walking or catching an Uber.

You will love how accessible and centrally located our home is. Just steps from the front door, you will find Starland Yard - which has drinks, food, events, and more. You can also be Downtown in 10-minutes or at the beach in 20! So much to do and see!

Property was very clean. Archer, the host went above and beyond to help. He even came over at 8PM to help us with a TV issue. He genuinely cares that you have a good experience!

House was lovely, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, especially if you have a kid in SCAD at Surf, Sail or Sand dorms - literally a four minute walk. Walking distance to several excellent coffee shops. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. No issues with parking - was able to park on the street directly in front of the house. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great little stay! The place was cozy for 2 people and pretty quiet all around. The night life on Saturday was pretty nice and walking distance from this location. We didn’t get to go to downtown Savannah until our last day so, make sure you go there first (: Host was communicative and response time was quick!

We had such a lovely time in Savannah. This place was perfect easy to walk to restaurants and coffee and Uber to where we needed to go. The hosts were a fantastic giving us amazing recommendations on things to do would definitely stay here again if we come back to Savannah, which we hope to do sometime soon!

A lovely property! The hosts were very friendly and even recommended some of their favorite places throughout the city. The price was very reasonable for the location. We loved our stay, couldn’t recommend it enough!

The place was fine. We had trouble getting in the outside door for two days until the owner replaced the batteries in the digital lock. The place was clean. The cleaning crew walked in our place by mistake scaring us by just walking in without knocking to be sure no one was there. Even though the person apologized, it was still scary. The owner was notified and replied promptly to each question / problem we had. I probably wouldn’t stay here again as it is a little too far of a walk to the historical district where we spent most of our time.

So happy we chose this property. We found Savannah to be a very beautiful, historical city but very touristy. This was a great neighborhood away from it all - but still walkable to everything for us. The property was clean and comfortable. Great mattress and pillows. Archer made check in and out easy. The neighborhood is up and coming - with some fun shopping and eating. Highly recommend.

The place was very neat and clean. Very close to main street. We had a fabulous time! Though be forewarned if you have any issues stepping up or out of a tub. If you're used to a tub, no problem! Those of us who haven't had a tub in years, it took some getting used to.
