We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday trip and overall had a great experience. The home was spacious, comfortable, and we really enjoyed the three-story layout. The beds and linens were noticeably clean and smelled freshly washed, which made the house feel well cared for.There were a few minor issues during our stay. We encountered two roaches inside the home (one dead and one alive) as well as a large flying ant. Some of the walls also appeared a little dirty in certain areas.Communication was generally good. Sometimes responses were very quick, while other times it took about 20–30 minutes to receive a reply, but we were always able to get in touch when needed.The only other concerns were related to checkout. The thermostat was locked, so we weren’t able to return it to 75 degrees as requested. We were also instructed to place used towels in the laundry room, but the door appeared to be stuck and we didn’t want to force it open and risk causing damage.One suggestion would be to add a few chairs to the balcony. The space is nice, and balcony seating would make it even better.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. The house was comfortable, clean overall, and worked well for our family’s birthday trip.
