Summary:

Pardon our Noise. Beginning 4/15/2026, Cape Winds Resort is undergoing exterior renovations 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri. As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be open daily after 5-10pm and all day on weekends. This is not guaranteed. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.



The Space:

This direct ocean front 2B/2B has plenty of room for the whole family to spread out after a day at the beach or ocean side pool. Decorated in a sea inspired décor, this cozy condo will have you the perfect beach state of mind. Located just minutes from Port Canaveral and World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy the stunning views from the private balcony . Come enjoy the best Cape Winds has to offer!

Overall we liked this place very much. It's comfortable and well kept. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and other supplies included so less for you to worry about. Parking was simple, the location was quiet and right at the beach. The pool and hot tub are easy to access and available from 8am to 10pm. I would definitely consider staying here again. Why only 4 stars and not 5?It is my personal belief that charging a 135 cleaning fee and also including a five step cleaning check list for your guest to complete, with a threat of extra fees if not done prior to checking out at the earlier hour of 10am (most places are at least 11am) is too much of a contradiction. Pick one, either I clean without a fee, or you charge a fee.

Needs attention

Check in process was great however there are several items that need attention. AC air filter was filthy wasn’t moving much air. We found filters and replaced which helped. AC vent in master bedroom was not blowing air. No working exhaust vent in either bathrooom. Blinds in second bedroom would not close and drapes fell first night. Slider doors had no lock and extremely hard to open and close. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and food still in the refrigerator. living room furniture is extremely dated. First morning there water was shut off for several hours was inconvenient. No warning that water would be shut off or that fire inspections would begin at 8:00 on Wednesday lasting for several days. Would have been nice to have known prior to placing a reservation.

Another pleasant stay!

This was our second time staying in this unit, we love the view, quiet neighborhood, biggest bonus is the very comfortable beds. Everything you need for your stay is there, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and more. If we had a complaint, it would be the very loud exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Overall, a very pleasant stay, host had great communication and accommodated our needs, we hope to visit again!!

Overall okay, wouldn't stay again

My husband & I added on a quick weekend stay here while in Orlando for for a conference. The host is very quick to respond. The property & furnishings are very dated. The master shower head twists/aims at the shower door no matter how much you try and do otherwise so you have to hold it to get it to spray on you. The unit was very clean and we felt very safe but we would not recommend this condo building in general to our family & friends.

Not even Hurricane Milton could ruin our stay!

The condo was just as described with everything you would need during a stay. The short walk to the beach and easy drive to restaurants and shops makes the condo a perfect location. The view of Kennedy Space Center launch pad from the deck is an added benefit (if you happen to be there when they are launching!!) We were 'lucky' to have stayed during Hurricane Milton and I cannot say enough about the property manager. He came by and checked on us multiple times, making sure we had everything we needed before it hit and making sure we were okay after it hit. 10 STARS to him!!!

Relaxing & Beautiful

This was our fall break/ birthday trip for my 12 year old. We spent our days on the beach enjoying a great breeze, sun, and AMAZING waves! We LOVED having the beach closet at the condo and made good use of the umbrella & chairs. It was an easy walk to the beach & never too crowded. We’d love to come back during a rocky launch because you can see the launch pads from the balcony and the beach. We took a sunset kayak trip and saw manatees, dolphins and bioluminescent jellies and algae. I highly recommend Calypso Kayaking and Jason was our guide! Our favorite place to eat as far as taste and quality was Q’s Crackin Crab &Seafood Kitchen, don’t pass it up! (It’s right down the street) The location of this condo was perfect, relaxing and we plan on returning for sure!

Nice getaway with ocean views

My family stayed here and enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as the large pool that is there. We were able to watch the rocket launches as well from beach and balcony. Recommend staying here!

wonderful stay

The place was better than the pictures. You have a full ocean view from the living room. The view is WOW. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, great price, good view, easy access to beach. Several beach items provided. Close to Port, restaraunts, activities. Would recommend replacing the recliner and maybe provide a couple throw blankets.

Relaxing view!

We had a great vacation!! We were well pleased with the beautiful views and the wonderful condo. The pictures are accurate and in person is even better. The unit is well stocked with everything you will need during the stay from the kitchen to chairs, umbrella etc for the beach. The access to the beach is close and easily accessible. We also enjoyed the very clean pool and hot tub area. We will plan on future vacations at Cape Winds.

Best beach getaway

This property was really nice in a great location that was safe and very close to the beach, just a walk out the back of the property on the boardwalk and we were there. Our second floor balcony looked out at the beach just like the picture. Nice parking, great pool. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely recommend it!
